"The Hotel was centrally located but we didn’t feel safe with the unhoused right outside the hotel. Rooms were cleaned but the carpet in the hallways needed to be cleaned."

"The room was clean comfortable and had a cozy feel. We picked a small room but it had everything you possibly need and was very functional! The hotel is located in a good central area and you are able to walk to a lot of destinations. There is also valet parking available which I highly recommend. Breakfast was good and comes at no additional charge with your room. Great hotel with friendly staff!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at The Marker. The hotel had a classic style which gave it a lot of character, while still being very comfortable. The service was excellent throughout our stay, and the location worked really well for us—it’s within easy walking distance of a lot of the places we wanted to visit in San Francisco. The price was reasonable, especially given the location and quality of the hotel. Overall, The Marker was comfortable, convenient, distinctive, and a great value. I would stay there again."

"The only issie I had was that you can hear the people in the next room talking. So it was hard to get to sleep. The walls seem "thin" in this hotel. Stayed here before and same thing. Could almost hear the conversation. City noise is always an issue but thats not the hotels fault. A garbage truck doing something woke me up at 4:30am. Loud banging and glass breaking for about an hour. Wasnt sure what it was. Other than that, the place was clean and bed/pillows very comfortable. Riom was a good temperature. The staff is super friendly. Ill continue to use this hotel."
