Parking and EV load options are not very close to the hotel and need explanation/directions. Breakfast is wonderful. Smashing location. If you don’t like modern art, do not bother.

Not meeting expectations

Great location. Basic standard with bathtub as a shower and breakfast was ok. Nothing fancy or special. Condition of the room was a bit worn, and not properly clean. It said on the website that spa/wellness was included but when we arrived no one mentioned anything about it and when asking, it was fully booked. Overall it did not feel like a 4-star hotel.

Decepcionante!

La habitación estaba llena de polvo cuando entramos, los cajones los tuve que limpiar porque habia restos de los huespedes anteriores…el extractor del baño sucisimo…limpiaban la habitacion en 5 minutos y muy tarde, un dia volvimos a las 4 de la tarde y seguia sin estar hecha…no barrian ni fregaban todos los dias…un cajón del baño roto…no cambiaban las toallas o reponian los geles cuando era necesario…la habitación super ruidosa al ser el primero porque tienen el Restaurante justo debajo…recogían las mesas y las sillas de la terraza a las 22:30 de la noche y tardaban una hora por lo menos en acabar de hacer ruido…nos dieron una habitacion con desperfectos solo por venir con Hotels, pero no era calidad 4 estrellas ni merece el precio que tiene…

Highly recommended!

Fantastic! Staff were all warm, friendly and welcoming - a credit to the hotel. Accommodation was clean, modern and comfortable. Food was excellent - we hadn't booked evening meal but ate in hotel every night. Will definitely be back again.

Fantastic place with the nicest staff!!

We had a fab time at the Grivola! The highlight was the staff - they were all super nice, at breakfast, at the reception, the cleaner too - always smiling, polite and ready to help, they really made all the difference so thank you to all the staff who looked after us :) The place was clean, very cute, the luxury flat we stayed in was well equipped and really just perfect for 5 friends who went skiing. Would definitely recommend!

Grivola in Cervinia

Fantastic location. Good restaurant, bar and breakfast. Slightly small rooms. Broken lightbulbs in room... slightly shaky network in the evenings in the room. Very convinient location, very short (about 50 meters) walk to the skilift and slopes. Friendly staff.
