"In poor state. Dirty toilet with skid marks and one towel used when we first arrived. Tiny double bed with only one duvet and one sheet, which they had arranged horizontally as it was for two people. Did not work in practice, especially since it was no heat and therefore very cold at night. The radiator did not work and could not be adjusted. Also, the shower had low pressure and there were no fridge. Only good thing is location if you are going to Old Trafford and MAN airport. "

"Hotel is lovely and clean with a great lounge where you can help yourself to tea & coffee, use the microwave or fridge freezer. The staff were so welcoming, going over and above to make our stay comfortable, and continental breakfast in the morning was excellent, everything you could think off, served by a very lovely lady, sorry I didn’t get your name.
