"The rooms and food were amazing same with the hotel front desk but the service in the bar/ restaurant needs to change. I come here every year for past 4 years for my birthday and have never had a problem but when me and my partner went for breakfast there was ZERO customer service and made us feel weird even question ourselves if we did something but we were sitting at a table the waitress came up and said “Hiiii” that’s it… just hi and then looked at us so after a moment of silence I had to ask...

"Breakfast was odd at best. It said turkey sausage and showed a pic of a flat patty, but it looked like large undercooked hot dogs cut I half. Room was clean and well stocked. "

"Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!"

"Front desk staff were good. We left mid morning and came back mid afternoon and our room hadn’t been cleaned after our first of two nights. We grabbed some towels from the ladies with the cleaning carts. Breakfast was the usual. Parking was fine. "

"First time in Edmonton and made a terrible mistake of booking this run down property in that area of the city. I slept with one eye open and all the lights on. Tear it down and rehabilitate that area of the city."

"The breakfast menu was very fresh! The hot tub was very warm but over run and very loud with a bunch of kids so we were only there for 15 minutes the first night and did t even use it the second night because of all the kids. Very disappointed that we weren't able to relax in the hot tub which is what we were all really looking forward to"

"The property was very poorly maintained. The elevator was out of service, so we had to carry our luggage up the stairs to the second floor. The building itself felt very old and neglected. The staff were not welcoming and came across as somewhat rude. The bathroom was also not functioning properly, as water was leaking from the sink. The carpet was extremely dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time, which was quite unpleasant. On top of that, the air conditioning unit was...

"We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite and it was great. Our only negatives were the size of the coffee pot and the fact that they only gave you one coffee pouch (technically 2 but one was decaf) there should be a full size coffee pot for a three bedroom suite. And there should be paper towel available, especially if there is only one tea towel. Otherwise this property is amazing and we would stay again. "
