"My family and I found our room to be unclean. We found fingerprints on the light switches, stains on the ottoman, crumbs and salt on the kitchen counter tops, a bug in the bathroom, and a few towels with stains. Upon contacting the front desk, a maid showed up with a wipe cloth and a spray bottle. She wiped down a few areas that my wife pointed out and then left. She didn't seemed too happy with the additional work. In addition, the breakfast variety and quality has declined based on my experience at past Homewood stays. For a 2-night stay, we could look past these issues."

"Great room and very clean. We reserved the room with the jacuzzi tub for my son who was really excited for that. Our stay was good and we enjoyed the pool and the Farmers market that was on the property. This is our 2nd time and definitely will be back again. Also, wanted to say we rented a cabana at the boulder springs pool and our attendant Theo was awesome and very helpful! "

"Always a clean room. AC works well. Fun and imaginative decorations. Plenty of room with a king bed and the bunkbed/trundle option in the kids area. Everything is awesome!"

"The gym, the spa area and the pool were closed during Easter break! We were extreemly disappointed! "

"To claim the beds are queens is a stretch. No extra pillows or blankets were available in the room or at the office. Our sink didn’t drain and we had to have someone come fix it. There was a blood stain on the mattress that you could see through the sheets and the furniture wasn’t in good condition. A convenient enough location and a low price, but I’ve stayed in much nicer Motel 6s."

"Our room wasn’t ready at 4:00 check in time. Had to wait until after 5:00 to check in. Housekeeping was not the greatest: glasses not replaced for 2 days, coffee & sugar, cream, etc., not replaced, etc., They didn’t answer the phone when I called down to ask for clean glasses & coffee cups. Other than that it was a wonderful property and would stay again. Can’t beat the location! "
