Hotel is in a great, central location, less than 50 mtrs from Plaza Mayor. Despite being so close, the hotel was not noisey during day or night time. I was fortunate to be there during Fiesta week (purely by chance) and the place was buzzing, including a free evening concert in the main square with James Blunt, another bonus. The room was a good size, well sound insulated and a/c was working well. The buffet breakfast had a wide choice of items that should satisfy most guests. The breakfast room also had the added bonus of a view over Plaza Mayor. In summary a very good hotel, in an excellent location, no excessive noise, recommended.

Super convenient location，next to Plaza Mayor yet quiet at night. the lady in reception desk was very friendly，not only gaving us 2 days free parking，also led us to parking place herself. will definitely recommend this place.

Bed was horrible, very small and absolutely nothing like the photos posted on this site. I booked a room with two twin beds and was given a room with one very small double bed. Only one staff member spoke English well enough to communicate and she was only there during check in. She was really lovely. Parking right next door in underground garage and prime location next to plaza. The room was so small and not what the photos showed !!! We actually left a day early to a different hotel with better beds

I requested a queen bed as offered but did not receive it. The comfort room does not match the picture online. There is only a shower no bath tub. The room I was given looks exactly as the single room and not the comfort room. The air conditioning does not stay cold. At night it accumulates heat, open the "patio" door to let cool air in.

Great hotel in Valladolid

Great old style hotel in Valladolid, very near to Plaza Mayor. Huge rooms, great breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. We happened to be there during the city wide celebration of the city’s patron saint which was celebrated with two nights of concerts that lasted until midnight, making the room quite noisy, but otherwise it was quiet and convenient with tons of great dining options nearby. The concierge was very helpful in mapping out a walking tour of the main sights of the city. We’d book again in an instant!

Valladolid sojourn

The hotel reception (Roberto) was exceptionally friendly and took time to explain the facilities of the hotel plus the sights around the lovely city of Valladolid. I got to see the monument of my hero Christopher Columbus too. Had lovely meals and coffee around the city which are the bonus of our short visit to Valladolid

The hotel is in an excellent location in the old town. My room, although small, was clean. Same with the bathroom. One issue if you are in a lower floor is the noise at night from the bars/restaurants below. My only challange was the room temperature. Although the fan worked, the AC didn't. The breakfast is a good deal for the cost!

Excellent location with good standard

a very good hotel in centre, just behind Plaza Mayor. The parking under Plaza Mayor is very near and easy to find. The hotel have a good standard with nice staff.

El hotel es prácticamente perfecto en todo, situación, elegancia, amabilidad en recepción y comedor, coquetísima cafetería. La única pega es que, a pesar de ser una habitación con mucho espacio para moverte y un baño enorme, la anchura de las camas quedaba muy cerca las paredes

We booked a superior room with city view and got a small room with the only window leading to an inner shaft. The nearby church bells rang every 15 minutes, and we could hear people's loud voices outside. Overall, I would not repeat this experience, nor would I recommend it. The front desk clerk feigned ignorance and said I should take it up with Expedia. This was the negative part of an otherwise wonderful trip to Valladolid.
