HOTEL ROSALIA is located in Valladolid. Museo de San Roque and Ek' Balam are local landmarks, and the area's natural beauty can be seen at Cenote Zaci and Cenote Zahamal.
We stayed here for one night and loved the location and the staff. Unfortunately the reason we took the superior room was because it had a bathtub, which was not able to be filled as the water pressure was very low and there was not much hot water available. The room was on a very busy corner and the noise from the street was significant until about midnight and again in the morning. The night we stayed the internet was not working so we didn't have a great sleep or experience in the room. The manager was great as were all of the staff and if you took one of the rooms farther away from the main street and behind the wall, I think you might have a good sleep. It was also one of the more expensive places we stayed in the area - Valladolid is a fun town to visit and you can walk to the centre in a few minutes from the hotel.
Comfortable hotel in the middle of Valladolid with walking distance to bus station and main square. Staff doesn’t speak English but is still very helpful. WiFi does only work in the room of the reception and is non existing in the rooms on second and first floor.
