Nice apartment for four adults but the following things was a big minus: - No washing machine (it was broken and no compensation offered) - No cleaning under the whole week - Had to ask for new towels, only changed once - Only one dishwasher tablet - Only two toiletrolls for one week - Not very good service

Ants and spiders

We had a problem with ants and spiders crawling all over the bed, sofa, table, and floor. We contacted the reception, and they told us that they had ordered pest control, but only for the day we were supposed to check out. They were aware of the problem but still let us stay there overnight. We didnā€™t receive any help and had to deal with the issue ourselves. We also sent pictures and videos as proof. Hopefully, other guests wonā€™t experience the same problem, and that it will be fixed before the next guest arrives. Apart from that, it was a nice apartment.

Eu peguei o quarto familia para 4 pessoas, o que me surpreendeu Ć© que meu quarto nao ficava dentro do hotel, mas a porta de acesso era virada para a praƧa, eu nĆ£o tinha entendido isso muito bem. Mas o quarto Ć© bem completo e com equipamentos limpos assim como o quarto, a localizaĆ§Ć£o tambĆ©m Ć© boa e pra quem vai de carro tem bastante opƧƵes para parar o carro na rua.

Nos ha sorprendido a bien este alojamiento, esta todo super nuevo, tiene de todo, es bonito, etc. Nos daba miedo la ubicaciĆ³n pero la caminata por una avenida central esta muy bien. La Ćŗnica cosa negativa que tengo que decir es sobre algĆŗn recepcionista puntual, que nos vio en mas de una ocasiĆ³n con dificultades para abrir la puerta y no hacia ni amago de ayudar estando ahĆ­ sentado enfrente nuestroā€¦aunque luego todos eran amables.

Warum ich nur 3 Sterne gebe. Die Unterkunft ist brandneu, sehr gut eingerichtet. Kostenlose ParkplƤtze um die Ecke. Ich konnte allerdings 2 Tage nicht schlafen. Es ist unglaublich, wie schlecht die BauqualitƤt sein muss, denn die WƤre sind so hellhƶrig, ich dachte ich sitze am Esstisch der Nachbarn. Ich hƤtte 2 Sterne gegeben, aber der Anbieter kann nichts, fĆ¼r die lautstarken GƤste, leider dafĆ¼r nur 3 Sterne.
