"Nice stay, but bring earplugs. Hotel Neptuno was a good base overall. The room was comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient. The one big drawback was noise from the nearby clubs late into the night till 5a, which made it hard to get a full night's sleep. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room away from the street side. 4/5 (3/5 if sleep is a priority)."

"At first glance, one might think things are sletch: wrong. Pull on the metal bars on the outside.door. someone will let you in the next set of doors. There's a keypad on the right with a buzzer. The young woman managing reception was superb and helpful.
The rooms are very modern, spacious and clean. My wife and I were happy with it. You can also use their laundry and borrow a beach umbrella.
I found street parking very easily on the main street south of the apartment, past the traffic circle,...

"TLDR; loud restaurant, but comfy bed.
Pros: comfortable bed, clean room, good amount of storage.
Cons: active restaurant below room. Our window overlooked the patio of the restaurant. Some nights it was closed early, but on at least two occasion, it was active until 1:30 am. Breakfast sounds started at 8:00 am.
Minor cons: tv was broken (but I wasn’t planning on using it and admittedly forgot to tell staff), no wash cloths or hand towels in room, only larger bath towels (I didn’t ask for...

"The hotel itself is smart and has a good restaurant. Unfortunately I stayed in one of the apartments at the rear of the building and it was poor. The electrical circuits were random and bodged. The bathroom cabinets a mess and the shower head sprayed water and was poorly attached to the tiles."

"This property is located near the beach not far from a MASSIVE party palace disco etc. thumping pounding music you can hear and feel for blocks away. Got NO sleep. Expedia must have seen this type of review before yet keeps putting it out there as a great place to stay. The music pulsating literally went on till 3-4 AM! Don’t stay here if you want any rest."
