"Como resumen: la construcción es increíble, recreando una auténtica hacienda. El personal es fantástico, especialmente Fatima, la recepcionista. Pero hay una clara falta de personal y de coordinación, que finalmente se resuelve gracias a la buena voluntad de los empleados. Llegamos a las 8pm y nuestra habitación estaba sin hacer, otro día no cambiaron las toallas… Todo resuelto gracias a la buena voluntad de cada uno de los empleados a los que acudimos con el problema. This could’ve been avoided if there were instructions in the room "

"We have nothing but praise for this hotel! The beds were incredibly comfy, the room was way more spacious than it looked in the picture, and it is super clean! The ‘make your own breakfast’ is really smart - no need to hurry in the mornings :) It’s family run, and they are so nice and helpful. Loved them! The village is cute too, and everyone is really nice and friendly. Lovely Zafra is just a 15 minute drive away. We traveled as a family of three (child aged 8), but it is definitely best...

"Excellent service, Mary the receptionist very nice, informative and help us with everything we needed. The only thing we didn't like was that you are not able to control the AC from the room. That means that since it's already winter there, they had the air conditioning on very high and we had to sleep with the heating on. The hotel is far from the downtown, very close to the express way."
