This hotel was nice and everything was great until we got charged twice and they wouldn't work with us at all - I booked a room with 4 beds and we were told we were good to go at night and then got charged for an additional room in the morning without having known that prior.

Familienfreundliches Hotel in sehr guter Lage

Unsere Erwartungen wurden in allen Belangen deutlich übertroffen. Die Zimmer sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Das Personal ist äußerst zuvorkommend und das Essen war super. Auch unsere Kinder waren von dem Spiel- und Unterhaltungsangebot begeistert. Es wird an alles gedacht - es gibt sogar Gummistiefel für den Sandkasten.

Aiutati anche dal meteo abbiamo passato una piacevolissima vacanza. Aparthotel molto bello, pulito e confortevole, i padroni di casa, i sig.ri Gasser, disponibili e gentili. Il contesto del paese (Valdaora), che sembra una bomboniera, completa il quadro generale. Unico neo, i cuscini troppo morbidi, ma questo è un mio limite. Torneremo sicuramente.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit familiärem Charkter

Wir wurden bei unserer Ankunft sehr nett vom Hotelpersonal empfangen. Nach dem Check-in bekamen wir eine Führung durchs Hotel. Die Hotelanlage ist insgesamt sehr geplegt, die Zimmer sehr sauber und ruhig. Für das Auto ist eine Tiefgarage vorhanden. Das Frühstücksbuffet (Nicht im Zimmerpreis enthalten) war sehr reichhaltig und im Preis angemessen. Leider waren wir nur auf der Durchreise, ich könnte mir jederzeit vorstellen eine kompletten Urlaub im 'Pircher' zu verbringen.
