"Lovely time we had on our stay on our honeymoon. Every thing was great the staff was so friendly and welcoming. The room service was amazing and really enjoyed it. Room was always so clean and comfortable. Really recommend this place. Will definitely be back in the future and have a great time."

"Our room had a good view from which we could see the Frozen mountain and Disney hot air balloon. We chose to walk to the park each time and it took around 20 minutes on a well lit route. Staff were helpful and pleasant, speaking English well. Breakfast was adequate and a pleasant ambience, though McDonald's might have offered more "bang for your buck" in terms of what the cost hit you. Five negatives stick out to me - the door to one of the bedrooms wouldn't close, the lift refused to take us up...

"The hotel is dated but very accessible. Location is perfect and convenient for getting around.
The facility needs a modern uplift but the beds (at least in my room) was super comfortable."

"We were not send the code to enter the property. Check in is not 24 hours as we were unable to get hold of the property owners. The city tax payment was still taken by the owners even though we didn’t stay in the property and had to pay city taxis at an alternative hotel we found. "

"Apartment was clean and well presented. I would highly recommend following the check-in process accurately and doing this well in advance of actual check-in, communication wasn't always the easiest which lead to delays but we also did not check in 24 hours in advance, as recommended.
A pleasant apartment, handy to the Disney parks"

"The property does not have air conditioning, the property is listed as able to sleep 6, it is not a comfortable accommodation for 4 people let alone 6 people. The front door would not lock properly, one night the wind blew open the door. To cool the place, you needed to leave the front door open and the window open to create a cross breeze while standing guard so others could sleep. The card keys expired daily and had to be reset by the staff. The common spaces are dirty and need maintenance....
