I called approximately one hour before arriving at the hotel for my scheduled stay and the manager told me he canceled my reservation. The manager had very limited Ability to communicate in English. Me hicieron esperar 2 horas antes de darme una habitación inferior a la que yo ya había pagado por anticipado por este medio. La habitación estaba sucia y al siguiente día pedi ver las habitaciones superiores y elegí hacer un upgrade. La nueva habitación estaba sucia y era más cara."

"Lovely hotel with nice, big rooms beautiful pool/bar area, great gym and nice staff. It is also located in a nice area with walking distance to several places including buddha stoupa, without being a noisy area. Breakfast was okay, a little lacking for our taste BUT the omelet and the fruits were VERY nice. Again: staff was very helpful and nice! Some minus for: the floors in the room could have had a scrubbing down. Not a huge issue for us but still."
