"It was a quirky place to stay. Close to the Nantes to Brest canal with somewhere to store your bike. The owner was very helpful suggesting a lovely place to eat and helping us to find the next place to stay."

"Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été reçu par l'hôte qui s'est montré très avenant et à l'écoute. La maison est juste splendide, notre chambre était confortable et bien équipée. La salle de bains commune est très grande. Niveau propreté, tout est nickel. La piscine couverte et chauffée est juste formidable même s'il faut traverser la maison pour y accéder."

"I arrived and the owner wasn’t expecting me even though I had booked earlier that day through Expedia. The room was fine, hard mattress but I like that. A bit outdated and hard worn sheets but I slept really well. I asked about dinner and the owner said yes 7:30. I was sat in reception alone (in the dark as the light kept going off) and served a bowl of pasta with chopped up smoked salmon and cheese, a dry crepe and a terrible packaged flan. "Rude unhelpful check-in Staff. Can't see myself staying at an F1 again. Check-in Staff make or break your stay, Strongly recommend a higher level of Customer Service."

"Breakfast good distance from city a slight problem getting there but ...there is good transport links to hotel via a tram number 1 then change to bus 85 to marche commun Then walk through a business park to hotel about 7 minutes that was the only option of you don't have a car like me "

"Lovely welcome and stay. Breakfast was continental and delicious. Excellent location, just a 10 minute walk to the centre of town, train station that takes you into Nantes within 30 minutes. Lovely restaurants in town. Would visit again and recommend. "
