"I had not stayed at the property for some years since it was the Westin. The upgrades were fantastic. Beautifully appointed rooms. The only complaint I have is my favorite restaurant Matsuhisa was closed both days of my stay for private events.. I ordered room service instead which was really disappointing. The food was really underwhelming. Overcooked."

"The staff and general facilities were excellent. Faultless. We had a fantastic stay. The service around the pool and the staff’s attention and constant willingness to help us enjoy our stay did not go unnoticed. The food was also excellent all round. The only negatives were some technology issues with the room and the mosquitoes around our private pool. The staff did every they possibly could to help so I really cannot complain."

"What a disappointment. This property advertises that it is on the beach, with beach umbrellas. It is NOT. You have to walk about 7-10 min for the paid beach access to a private beach with sun beds and terrible service. If you want the free public beach that's another 10 minutes more to walk. Also, this advertises that there is a deli onsite and there is not. There was only a bar serving drinks and coffee. The pictures look great but once you're there you see how run down the place is. The floors...

"Small property within walking distance to the beaches. Room was updated and very modern. Incredible view of the Aegean Sea from an amazing and spacious private balcony. Room was stocked with some groceries, milk, cheese, cold meat, coffee, tea etc. Everything you needed was provided. With our room choice it even included a basket of freshly baked bread in the morning (was absolutely delicious and a much appreciated surprise). Amazing value for the money would 100% recommend."

"Staff were excellent from the recepyteam to the pool bar team and the fabulous breakfast crew. We had 3 nights at Ace Glyfada, and started in Room 303 ( King Seaview) which is simply too small for 2 guests with luggage. We requested to move and thankfully we were moved to Room 419 ( king seaview) which was a huge improvement in size, bathroom and view. Overall we loved our stay. The staff are great, bfast is very good,and the pool is superb."
