Service is impeccable. Although there can be minor language barriers at times, every employee goes above and beyond to make everything work with the magic that one can feel only in a special property like this."

"Charming hotel in a very good location. The room (old section) was beautiful, with a view of the courtyard and fountain. The walls were thick and good windows prevented noise from the courtyard. Hallway noise was not an issue, due to the bedroom being through an additional door. Comfortable beds, with quality linens.
Staff were welcoming and helpful.
We enjoyed dinner in the hotel restaurant, and it was excellent. The server was very attentive and helpful. Breakfast was copious and...
