"My dog was warmly welcomed and the staff was super helpful with suggestions on what to do in this gem of a town. I have never seen such a clean town. Not a paper on the ground. The hotel is extremely well located on a quiet side street. Will definitely go back. "

"The location is excellent for exploring the historic area of Avignon. It is also very convenient to the Avignon Center train station. This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and I would recommend it. The rooms are clean and well maintained and the staff is very welcoming."

"To be fair, this once elegant property is in a great location and the breakfast buffet & morning restaurant staff were excellent. Also, we were there in the middle of a severe heat wave, so staff and systems were strained to the max. Housekeeping staff were VERY NICE, but Front Desk - not so much. "Very clean and mostly friendly staff. However there were a few things that could have been better. First, there were barely any outlets in the room, one in the bathroom and only one in the main room. There were two regular usb's (typeC) so if you had a newer iphone or laptop you could not charge (they are type A) unless you knew and brought usb c adapters.
