I reserved a nonsmoking room, but got a smoking room. They acknowledged that I reserved a non-smoking room. The smell was so bad I only got 3 hours sleep. I should have cancelled my reservation and find another hotel.

煙草のない部屋を望んでいたのに行った際２泊の2日目は煙草の部屋しかないと載初は言われていたが途中から禁煙のが空いたからと部屋の変更をしてくれてよかった。

2泊3日の四国旅行の初日、9月13日に利用しました。部屋の清潔さ、スタッフの対応は非常に心地よいものでした。1点だけ残念だったのはお風呂の水圧が低かったこと。お風呂にお湯を張ろうとすると恐ろしく時間がかかりました😭 それ以外は、郷土料理のお店が周辺に多くあるなど立地も良く、快適な時間を過ごすことができました。また、機会があればお世話になりたいと思います。

気配りが素敵なホテル

愛媛には何度か行ってるのですが、こちらのホテルは始めて宿泊させて頂きました。フロントの方も親切で駐車場案内や受付もスムーズに進みました。子供達へのウエルカムドリンク、入浴剤選び、セルフコーヒー等のサービスも嬉しかったのですが、１番は部屋に子供用の歯ブラシを準備しててくれたことが感激でした。ホテルの歯ブラシは大きくて毎回困っていたのでホントに助かりました。小さなことだけど気付いてくれる心遣いが本当に嬉しかったです。また利用したいと思います。ありがとうございました。
