"The Guesthouse check-in was frustrating to say the least. We didnt recieve our digital roomkey until 7:42pm nearly 5 hours after check in time. By then we had to find another property where we could pick up room card keys. It was very stressful as there is no where to store luggage before check in. Three days after checking out and the Guesthouse is still trying to get us to pay for a digital card that we never even used once. Im incredibly disappointed. "

"Overall location was ok, tram next door and right into downtown Amsterdam in 20 minutes. Hotel staff were excellent. Didn’t do the breakfast but it seemed typical and nice. The room was clean but the twin beds were too soft for me and I would feel like I was rolling off the edges. The pillows had blocks of foam instead of a solid pillow so I just couldn’t get comfortable. There is a light under the front step near the door that stays on all night unless you take your key card out but then...

"The room is spacious and clean. However, the shower gel was used up and not refilled. I called the reception 3 times to top up the shower gel. After waiting more than 2 hours, I gave up at midnight. No one came and no one bothered to inform me that no one was coming. Shower gel is a basic essential that any hotel should provide and ensure is refilled. Very disappointing. The room is also a little cold (max 24c) so housekeeping brought over a small portable heater"

"Das Zimmer war super sauber, da kann man wirklich nichts sagen. Leider hat der Wasserhahn getropft und die Teppichleisten lösten sich. Personal wirklich super freundlich und hilfsbereit! Auch unser verspäteter Check-out war kein Problem. Nur 6,90 Euro für eine Dose Copernikus Bier war überteuert, auch das Croissant für 7,00 Euro. Die Lage ist wirklich sensationell."
