Nice clean hotel with excellent location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only downside was the temperature in the room; there's no air conditioning but something called climate control which I set to 18 degrees (C) - however, the room was way hotter than that during the whole stay. Also a small fridge in the room would have been great to cool some drinks.

The room was modern clean and spacious. All the amenities were wonderful and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. We also ate at the Union House restaurant that is attached to it. The food was amazing and Goos was an awesome server.

I like the place and location is perfect, however, housekeeping wasn’t the best. They didn’t really clean the room, only made the bed and replaced towels. Didn’t clean the sink, or the mirror, nor the toilet. It was disappointed

Sadly the shower flooded the bathroom floor and the TV didn’t work at all; while the shower issue was fixed the TV still didn’t work 2 days after brining this to management attention. It’s a pity bc there’s plenty to like about this hotel. Maybe I was just unlucky; Perhaps the maintenance and management is poor.
