"An extremely well run resort. Check in was a bit difficult to find but very friendly and efficient once found. Nice apartment in good location. Nice balcony in sun from midday. Lovely view. Cleaning and housekeeping excellent. No hot water on day 1 made phone call to reception and maintenance around almost immediately and fixed it. No way to make ground coffee ie cafetière but generally everything you need."

"Outstanding resort hotel with access to the sea. Incredible breakfast for surcharge and they offer dinners as well. Rooms was amazing, staff is great. Free parking by the hotel — huge plus for those traveling by car. I would definitely comeback"

"staff unhelpful, prices are outrageous in the bar and the mini bar is a rip off, the minute you arrive they take £200 off your card and charge it only returning what housekeeping deem correct, needless to say theres not really any change, wether you have had a bag of crisps and a coke or a mini bottle of vodka, id never stay here again. "I'm trying to be as objective as I can. Property was great. Views, great. Worth it. Pools were closed, not good. We ran out of water in the room, (Wife Pregnant) asked the front desk lady, we were told to wait until night time to get refills from the cleaning staff. What is the world right? Weird. There was a restaurant down stairs right by the stairs, 8 PM, we asked if we could stop by for some dessert or light snacks, we got told to go to the bar area instead. We want to the bar area, bar area doesn't serve drinks after 6 they said. So we just went inside our rooms and made tea there. On another day, a gentleman working at night was able to offer us water though. Later we found a loophole that if we want something to drink to go to the gym they have a water station there. It's easier than asking at the front desk because we would be told to wait for night time. Juan working the valet was great. Compensated for the other (older gentlemen with smug face) who was not so great. Juan was helpful, would offer water. Would smile. (Not everyone does that here.) I still chose to leave 5 starts because the property is great, and I would still say its worth to check it out, people like Juan do care and are the reason people should still come it regardless of the folks that work here who should not have a job in hospitality. Besides that, Juan is great. If you come here, if you need any help, talk to Juan. Juan is friendly and likes to help people."

"Location excellent, friendly helpful staff, clean, good aircon, nice swimming pool. Only problem was the place needs better soundproofing. Tiled floors everywhere and thin doors mean you can hear every sound from the corridors. Not a place for good views out the windows either but its in the centre of town so not too big a problem. Very easy to get by train from Malaga airport and right by the bus station so good for transport."
