The staff were courteous throughout the process, but I was disappointed that I was charged for the entire stay even though I was unable to check in or use the room. "I really enjoyed my stay here. The hotel and Whistler are fantastic. The staff were very helpful. Hit it off with Beny. Nice guy. Had a problem with the TV (someone had disconnected the internet to hook up their computer) Beny was up within 5 minutes and had it up and running. The hotel sits central to the town site. Great for getting around in summer but would require a short walk (150M) to the lifts during ski season."

"Basic but clean. My room was quite warm on arrival due to sun shining in, but had a working air conditioner, which helped a bit. Wouldn't recommend to anyone with mobility issues, stairs are curvy and would be a challenge with a larger suitcase."
