The staff is wonderful, food at the in-house Jeanne D'Arc Restaurant is very good and reasonable for the fine cuisine. "Très bel hôtel. Chambres bien décorées (style contemporain, voire boutique), lit confortable. Près du cœur touristique, de la gare routière (bus) et pas trop loin de la gare SNCF. Le petit déjeuner est très bien aussi. Seul bémol: l’absence d’ascenseur. Espérez donc une chambre aux étages inférieurs si vos bagages sont lourds."
