Our “apartment” was pristine when we arrived. Tiny kitchen and coffee counter right when you walked in, nice sitting area with pullout bed and tv. "Because of hip and knee problems, it was wonderful to have helpful staff carry my case up the stairs into the hotel. I had a lovely first-floor room, clean, bright, with a spacious bathroom that had a separate tub from the walk-in shower. There was a good amount of space in the area that had a closet and a desk. "Great location for Stirling City centre, decent clean rooms and a very good breakfast. Only used it as a shopping point in the way up to Aberdeen so only a brief stay but a good place to stay at very reasonable rates."

"We stayed at Pr.Inn Nth for a total of 7 nights whilst visiting relatives nearby. The receptionist (Kirsty) is our hero. She went over and above to help us with our inquiries re the local area, the local cemetery and the local council. We cant thank her enough. As well as helping me with my booking mistakes (on the internet) she was a mine of information re Scottish history and the area in general. "Lovely friendly staff, but the shower was tiny, mouldy and the sink didn't work, so hardly any water coming out. I reported the problem with the sink the following day, but was told that it may not get fixed as the hotel was undergoing a full renovation in a few weeks. I fully understand that the owners don't want to spend money when they are ripping out old rooms AND I was offered a room change, but decided not to take it.
