"My sister and I had a great few days' stay here - we were greeted warmly by the front desk staff and our room was ready a bit before standard check-in time, which was a nice surprise. The room was nice and decently appointed. We weren't spending much time in the room so it wasn't too important to us. Bar Mason was convenient - and the food was tasty too! Service at the bar was friendly and efficient. Definitely recommend staying here if you're in Guelph."

"508 bathroom shower was unclean, shower head was brown and clogged, there was no water pressure in the shower head nor the wand. The room was nice and the staff were excellent. Overall 3 out of 5. Fix the shower. "

"I was happy overall with our stay. Breakfast was good. Love that you can have tea in the afternoon. The only downside was the outside door to our room. I thought it was a great advantage except I could not access from outside. And The parking spot outside that door should be marked for the room as well. Overall the stay was great. "

"This hotel has never let me down. The restaurant food is delicious. They offer breakfast and dinner and I highly recommend BOTH! The kitchen staff is so friendly. The reception staff are also friendly and very helpful. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities. It's a very quiet place to sleep. I took advantage of the fitness room during my 4 day stay. Just perfect. The reason for the 4/5 score for the 'condition of the property' is because only one of two elevators was working and...

"parking was easy enough but due too much rain i couldn't see the bad holes in the lot. didn't use a/c but heater & it worked fine. check in took longer than i liked due to attendant was away from desk for almost 10 minutes. There was a note there but didn't say when they'd be back.I already pre paid on Expedia otherwise i would have walked out to go elsewhere .The man was pleasant enough though when checking me in ,apologizing for being away from the desk.
