"Our room was on the upper floor facing the harbor and the tower. It was very nice to wake up to the view. The only downside is the modern style bathroom with only frosted glass as wall. We stayed with our kids and definitely not a nice feature to have. Otherwise, the place is great."
"The hotel is very central yet you can have a quiet night's sleep. Our room was small but we did not spend much time indoors as there are amazing things to do around. The art gallery down the road is cool, and do give Weta Workshop a go, it is heaps fun for adults and children alike. We decided against having breakfast even though we were offered 25% discount vouchers, and this was due to the current offer. We could not order a la carte, they only offered a small buffet. If you are a big eater, this would be the way to go, but we wanted something light. There are plenty of cafés near by, and finding a breakfast is not a problem at all. We had wonderful porridge with berries and poached pear at Honey Cafe CBD located ext to the library. There is a fabulous playground for children at Mayers Park near by, the Albert Park is stunning and do try Koiya Japanese restaurant next to the park. There are bus stops very close by, and the airport shuttle is 2 across the street. We would definitely stay at this hotel again, it was great value."
"Great location. Staff were lovely and the facilities were great. The pool was nice but would’ve preferred it a little warmer. Still a great stay here regardless."
"Perfect location for our conference and a variety of eating options. Generous room, clean, warm and loved having a full kitchen. Staff were responsive and friendly. Have booked again for next year’s conference."
