"Went in to check out at 4:20 as it says check-in isn’t till four. I have both my kids and Wife tired from the trip ready to go to their rooms and they said that room isn’t gonna be ready for quite some time and that they couldn’t give me an exact time and offered me a lesser room than the junior suite that I paid for didn’t offer me any money back or a discount the room was a standard room. The bathroom was gross would not spend my money there again."

Gracias a la Hauskiping no la vi ni la conocí pero tuvo el detallazo de arreglar la cama de mis niñas colocando todos los días su muñequito de bluey que dejaba tirado . Gracias la niña y yo lo agradecemos muchísimo. A ella le gustaba llegar de los parques y ver su muñequito acostado yo esperándola . ❤️❤️"

"This hotel was beautiful. All the staff was very friendly and price was reasonable. The room was very clean, pool area was very nice and relaxing. The only negative I have is that we selected late checkout for our leaving day and the communication between staff was not the greatest because they came to our room 3 times expecting us to be checked out when we had clarified that we wanted late checkout. Beside that we had no issues at all. Would stay here again :) "

"Beautiful, clean, and tidy; the staff were very friendly and competent. The rooms and the pool were superb. The only drawback—which they really ought to address—is the need for more staff at the entrance during check-in; there was only one person on duty, and I believe that having two people at the counter would help expedite the check-in and check-out processes. "The staff was professional and courteous. We did not get the opportunity to eat breakfast or use the bar. The hotel is 1/2 mile from the convention center which is what we were looking for the volleyball tournament. It walking distance to.the convention center and restaurants which is a plus. The room was outdated. Be careful the public parking garage is run by a private company and the hourly rate is about $8 per hour. They read your license plate, know quite a bit about you and when I went to go pay using the QR code, they had my credit card on file. I never heard of this company. Apparently the company uses AI for everything. I have a handicap license plate and they did not care when I mentioned, still had to pay. Lastly the hotel charges you $10 to park on their property per day. Compared to the Rosen plaza, approx $25 and Rosen Centre $40 I was ok with it. You do hear some road noise from emergency vehicles but quiet from everything else."
