O paisagismo é um dos mais bonitos que já vi em resorts. Jardinagem fantástica! Muitas opções de bebidas, inclusive sem exclusividade com certas empresas. Como exemplo: tem bebidas da Heineken e da Ambev (todas prêmios). Funcionários prestativos e estrutura imponente. Gostei bastante e recomendo

O quarto muito velho, cheiro de mofo, as roupas de cama usam produto de limpeza muito forte com cheiro forte, chuveiro dentro da banheira difícil acesso com as crianças, comida muito jogada sem cuidados, o básico sem cuidados, a comida das crianças muito ruim, carne dura batata murcha, molho de tomate ruim, acesso a remédios e farmácias impossíveis. Se vc vier pra cá traga exatamente tudo pq se esquecer algo não tem como comprar. Pedi um remédio demorou o dia todo para chegar, se alguém passar mal o pronto atendimento não tem médico e não tem remédios disponíveis e o hospital mais próximo só depois da balsa… Ou seja perrengue! Odiamos! O que foi excelente? E unicamente excelente? Recreação das crianças. Parte infantil muito boa, parque aquático e recreação muito boa!!!! Os monitores responsáveis e ótimos!!! Só O resto o hotel precisa de uma reforma e precisa ter mais estrutura, cuidados mínimos!

Isso não é uma crítica. É um aviso, um pedido de socorro. O Resort é muito bom. Estrutura, entretenimento, comida, atendimento, manutenção, etc. Tudo muito bom. Mas a cerveja é quente. Isso é um pecado para quem gosta de beber cerveja. E um erro primário e muito fácil de resolver. O Bar da Praia precisa de, no mínimo, 4 freezers (cervejeiras), e só tem dois. No Deck tem 3 cervejeiras no sol. Tem que mudar de lado, ou colocar uma proteção, e aumentar para pelo menos 6. No restaurante noturno tem UMA cervejeira. Precisa de 3, pelo menos. E espalhar mais pelo resort. Outra coisa é a marca das cervejeiras. Metalfrio não sei se aguenta o calor da Bahia. Tem gelopar e husmann que são melhores. Se tiverem dúvidas de como fazer, liguem lá para a turma do Japaratinga e perguntem como eles fazem. Lá atende muita gente também, e a cerveja é sempre bem gelada. Façam isso e eu retorno todo ano.

Limpeza dos quartos deixou a desejar. Ar condicionado na instalacao estragou e demoraram um dia e meio para apresentarem uma solucao definitiva. Check in demorou tres horas para que pudessemos entrar na acomodação pois nos foi sigerida uma troca para melhor comodidade, mas o quarto demorou tres horas pra ficar pronto.

Estrutura física incrível e gastronomia maravilhosa. Várias pequenas coisas a melhorar para deixar a estadia 100% - piscina infantil muito gelada, tipo água de cachoeira - restaurante Aratu com serviço e comida péssimos - berço velho e barulhento, com grade faltando - toalhas de banho bem velhas e finas - limpeza do quarto ruim, só arrumavam a cama - não tem talher infantil, só colher de madeira de sobremesa - pouquíssimos cadeirões, sem a bandeja, alguns quebrados e sempre sujos - podiam ter opções de drinks sem álcool, já que tem tantas opções com álcool

O hotel é bom, mas por se tratar de um resortão, a qualidade do serviço acaba ficando irregular - atendimento, comida, bar. Pontos negativos: quarto um pouco antigo, chão dos corredores bastante escorregadio quando chove, atendimento irregular (há todo tipo de funcionário - simpático, cordial, tímido e mal humorado), preparo das bebidas do bar irregular (bar próximo à estação de hambúrguer era o melhor). Achei ótimo para uma viagem em grupo.

Chegar no Transamerica Comandatuba é sempre uma agradável surpresa. O carinho e dedicação de toda a equipe, faz com que o período em que passemos ali seja eternamente memorável. Tudo de extremo bom gosto, dede a gastronomia até o lazer. Ambiente muito bem cuidado, seguro e higienizado nos mínimos detalhes. A atenção com a qualidade e higiene dos alimentos é algo ímpar. Pela quarta vez consecutiva, voltamos neste conceituado resort sem arrependimento algum.

O hotel é lindo como sempre foi, mas está muito cheio. E acho que por esse motivo perdeu um pouco o glamour que tinha. É pena, mas eu entendo que tiveram que atrair mais publico para se manter e eu respeito isso.

Estadia maravilhosa, porém atenção aos horários.

De início tivemos a insatisfação de não sermos informados que o translado de balsa só seria a partir das 11:30, chegamos no píer em una era 10:00 horas da manhã, com nossos filhos pequenos, e tivemos q ficar 1:30 esperando dar a hora para atravessar. Só poderíamos atravessar antes se estivéssemos vindo com o translado deles, que era 3x mais caro ou pagássemos 160 por pessoa. Isso não foi informado na descrição da compra pelo hotels.com. Quanto a estadia lá, foi tudo muito agradável, funcionários educadíssimos e prestativos. Com excessão ao agendamento do restaurante temático, que não conseguíamos agendar pelo site, aí fui falar com o conscierge, que conseguiu uma vaga. Porém a comida do restaurante geral era mil vezes melhor. E no checkout, já mandaram uma carta na minha porta um dia antes, me lembrando que teria q sair ao meio dia, como se já não soubesse.
