"Clean, well thought out space. Loved the feel of it and the effort made to make guest feel comfortable. Personally rooms were a bit too small for me, if you have bigger luggage it’s hard to store. Beds also need privacy curtains. The beds weren’t as comfortable for me so I had to use the blanket as a cushion and pillow because pillows was wayyyy too flat. "I recently spent two weeks at the Swissôtel Tallinn while attending a training program this September, and it was a fantastic experience. The Pros: * Location: It is incredibly convenient, situated just a 10-minute drive from the airport and about a 5-minute walk from the Medieval Old Town. * Views & Comfort: As the tallest building in the city, it offers commanding views across the Gulf of Finland and the Old Town. The rooms are exceptionally clean, modern, and spacious. * Amenities: The 11th-floor spa, well-equipped gym, and indoor pool are excellent for unwinding after a long day. The daily breakfast buffet is also a major highlight, featuring a huge, high-quality selection. The Cons: * The bathroom design features translucent glass walls, which allows shadows to be seen from the room and might lack privacy for some. * The breakfast service can get quite busy during peak hours, occasionally leading to a bit of a wait for specialty coffees. Overall, the prime location, premium amenities, and attentive staff made a lengthy stay exceptionally comfortable. I highly recommend it."

"Excellent location, friendly staff and decent breakfast range. Old town is literally a few minutes away, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafes in the area that open really late. 2-3 am!! My room was a standard double which was a bit small for my liking but not a deal breaker, next time I’ll go with the bigger option. Trams and buses operate near by for those wanting to explore the city. will come back again for sure."

"Friendly staff and a clean, comfortable room. I particularly liked the pillow, which was very comfortable and made it easy to get a good night’s sleep. I recommend booking with breakfast, as there’s a good selection of food. It’s better to arrive a little later, though, as there’s a queue when breakfast first opens. One unpleasant surprise was that when I tried to enter the breakfast area again an hour later, I was turned away and wasn’t even allowed to have a cup of coffee. Instead, I was offered the option to buy one for €3. I stay in hotels quite often, but this was the first time I’ve experienced something like this. I could hear children running around upstairs from my room, but I didn’t hear any noise from the neighboring rooms. Overall, the room was good, and I would recommend the hotel."
