"We loved everything about this hotel. Location is amazing and very walkable and beautiful surrounding. Our room was clean and large with most beautiful view of park and Tokyo tower. There is a small market onsite which is helpful incase you want to grab water or any snack without leaving the property. We also requested a late check out and it was granted as our flight back home was later in the day. I will recommend this hotel for your next stay in Tokyo. "

"We, a family 5 with 7 & 10 yrs old girls, stayed here for 4 nights. The room was clean; all mentioned amenities were available. The walkable distance to Station made our trip possible. Our flight was at 6PM, we tried to communicate with hotel owner and cleaner to extend us from 10AM to 12AM. After their discussion, we were given the extra 2 hours to stay with no cost. This meant a lot to us. We really appreciated their consideration and generosity! I will recommend this stay in Tokyo!"

"Great sized room for our family in a fun location in Tokyo. I was slightly apprehensive about the “unmanned” aspect going in, but it wasn’t an issue at all. Easy to find and easy checkin. The room had everything we needed."
