Comfortable Hotel

The hotel was close to the train station, but it was quiet. The staff was nice. I had a massage which was great. The room was clean and comfortable.

Just steps from the station

The hotel is very easy to access from the Shinkansen station without needing to cross any streets. The breakfast was quite good and with variety we find in typical business hotels in Japan.

Very easy to stay there. Smooth experience. Rooms are neat, clean and quiet. My only wish is that Japanese hotels gave a separate bed sheet instead of only a futon. We get too hot and prefer a single sheet.

View from the room is gorgeous. Service is one of the best. Room is NOT small. Hotel is located right front of Ueda station of Shinkansen. I will stay this hotel when I visit Ueno, Nagano.

We had a nice stay. The front desk staff was very kind. There is a kiosk for check-in and check-out, but desk staff as well. They also have a translation device that was a big help. The train station is directly across the road. We needed to store our luggage after we checked out for a few hours, and they kindly held it. The rooms are small by Western standards, but you just adjust.

客室内は清潔感があり、壁クロスはまっさらな状態で完全無臭。とても良かったです。 自動チェックインの時は丁寧に機械操作を教えてくださるスタッフがいらっしゃいました。チェックアウト時フロントは無人でしたので少し寂しく感じました。

子供と2名で宿泊をさせていただきました。他のビジネスホテルでは子供の枕やタオルなども有料の所もありますがこちらは宿泊者分備え付けられていてとても助かりました。Netflixなどアカウントがあれば見られたので退屈する事なく部屋でゆっくりできました。　朝食ビュッフェも信州らしいメニューもあり大満足の宿泊となりました。

贅沢をしない1人旅行で宿泊。非常に良くも無く悪くも無く普通、但し朝食は物足りないかもホテル朝食定番のウインナー、唐揚げ、オムレツはあるがスクランブルエッグは無く朝カレーも無い。パンもイマイチ！蕎麦はgood！毎回どのホテルも朝食を期待しているが今回はベジタリアン向け。
