"This was our favorite hotel during our trip to Japan. The family room is spacious for Japanese standards and very well equipped. They even provided pajamas and slippers for my daughter. The views from the top floors are amazing and worth spending the extra money. Hotel is conveniently located very close to the main train that takes you directly to the Osaka airport. Clean, friendly staff and great for families. "

"Friendly staff, especially the front desk, clean rooms and they’re very generous with the towels. The place is affordable and the amenities like the sauna are top notch. It’s also very close to the bus station and the train station. 10 minutes walk to Dotonbori. would definitely stay again."

"LOVED this Hotel ! Got the bunkbeds room for the kids and they had a blast. Room had a full Kitchen with dishes large fridge and sink and a small dinning area. Shower and bathroom was new and clean. Hotel has a cool rooftop hangout area you can use with great views and comfy chairs. Super friendly and energetic staff. had a great little area to buy from vending machines get some free coffee and kids could get a token for a cool little candy machine. Location of hotel is perfect great walk to all the must see shopping and eating locations, very short walk to metro. This was our favorite hotel in our whole 2 week holiday Tokyo and Osaka. Will Defenitly come back and highly reccomend."

"Check in, checkout and lunch were all done with no staff interaction. Although I understand that they were a button press away from being called. Very good location right next to dotonburi and within 15 min walking distance of the shinsaibashi shopping district."

"The staff were very nice. The property itself is in serious disrepair. Stains all over the carpets in the hallways, gouges out of the walls most likely from luggage and carts. Mini refrigerator in room has a working light inside but nothing cooling. The breakfast is plentiful and poor quality. Cold food that’s supposed to be warm, dry flake apart pancakes, bland food. Do not spend the money to include breakfast. All in all a decent location to walk about, or catch the train but would never stay here again. "

"Hotel staffs are not able to speak English? I tried to ask for assistances for couple times but none of them could help. I picked a room without cleaning, which is fine, but does that mean the floor and inside the room can be dirty with stains? Trash is a main concern for me in Japan, which we understood the culture, but charge for trash if you leave it inside the room? I do hesitate the hot-spring, always packed and not sure if those are real hot-spring water because it spells like Clorox."
