Wana Karsa was in a great location, there is parking for scooters and the gardens and pool area in our villa was lovely. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was great value for money and I would recommend it as a fantastic base in Ubud.

Amazing villas, close to everything, floating breakfast was a great addition to having a private pool 💫 only complaint is the complete lack of light in the bathroom and entire villa, almost impossible to get ready once the sun is set. Staff were amazing and super helpful. As a solo traveller I felt very safe and well taken care of ✨

Good Villas in excellent location. Units were slightly run down with mould on ceiling in bathroom, and noise from band in local bar at night, but overall an enjoyable stay.

Not what I expected. We had stayed here before in another villa and thought as this was an upgraded room it would be better. It wasn’t. We had to ask for hand soap as there was none provided in the bathroom, constantly having to ask for our coffee to be replaced, kettle is in the bathroom?? No hand towels provided. They said they have no hand towels. Aircon barely worked. We asked someone to come look at it as we kept waking up sweating and they came said they’d come back and never did. I personally couldn’t wait to leave.

사진보다 작고 전체적으로 많이 노후되었음. 체크인시 에어컨안틀어놔서 들어가자마자 더움. 마당의 바닥나무가 많이 낡아서 삐그덕 소리남. 에어컨이 물이 새고. 쿨링모타소리가 오토바이 지나가는 소리가 남. 왓츠앱으로 항의했으나 읽씹해서 로비가서 항의함. 방교체 요청했으나 풀부킹이라 바꿀방 없다고해서 그냥 잠. 그뒤로 소리는 나지않았음. 수압이 너무약함. 샤워기 푸른 녹슬었음. 방조명 너무 어두움. 지상파TV,안나옴.이건뭐 어차피 현지방송은 안보니 상관없었음. 옆집이 마당에서 술마시고 떠드는소리 다들림. 잘못만나면 밤에 잠못잠 조식 맛없음. 빵도 음료도 별로임. 위치도 골목안이라 그랩이 못찾아서 당황함. 직원분이 길 설명해줘서 픽업할수있었음. 추천하지 않음. 어지간하면 좋다하겠는데, 직원분 친절한거빼곤 좋은게 없었음. 지난번에 묵었던 우븟숙소랑 너무 비교되서 더 별로였음.

良かった点 ・植物がある。 ・プライベートプールがある。 ・働いている方の愛想は良いです。 悪かった点 ・施設がボロボロ。外の風呂と室内をつなぐ扉が壊れていて、セキュリティ不安、虫や生き物も入り放題。 ・照明が異常に暗い。夜は文字読むのも一苦労。 ・ヴィラ自体は静かだが、隣のゲストハウスかどこかから早朝、夜遅くに音楽が鳴り響き異常にうるさい。とにかくうるさい。 ・その他アメニティ、コンセント少ない、シャワー、バスタブお湯ほぼ出ないなど総合的に値段と全く釣り合っていない。

Sehr nette Unterkunft. Vorallem ruhig gelegen bei dem ganzen Verkehr. Die Villa war soweit sauber, bis auf die Ameisen im Pool Badezimmer und die Bettlaken waren sehr abgenutzt. Was nicht so schön war, war der Roomservice. Vor allem die Versorgung mit frischen Handtüchern. Wir mussten täglich zur Rezeption und nach neuen fragen. Entweder wurden die alten da gelassen und nicht getauscht oder sie wurden mitgenommen und keine neuen dort gelassen.
