จองห้องเตียงแบบ 1 Double Bed and 1 Single Bed ไปแต่พอเชคอินพนักงานแจ้งว่าไม่ได้แจ้งขอ 1 Single Bed ไปและถ้าจะเอาเตียงเสริมต้องเสียเงินเพิ่ม ทั้งที่ในใบ booking เขียนไว้ชัดเจนว่า 1 Double Bed and 1 Single Bed แล้วให้เรากลับไปรอที่ห้อง สักพักถึงเอาเตียงเสริมมาให้ ห้องพักแบบวิลล่าไม่เหมาะกับเด็กและผู้สูงอายุเนื่องจากต้องลงบันไดหลายขั้นมาก ไม่สะดวกเลย

Doesn't value the cost benefit
The food at the restaurant was tasteless, and it took 1h for them to prepare 2 eggs with toasts and there was only 1 more table with us with 5 people. There were only a few chairs at the pool, but not enough. When we arrived the first room smelled mold a lot, but they changed us to the second floor although was a little better was still humid, with mold on the walls and the air-conditioning wasn't working properly. Neither the phone was working to call the reception, so every time I needed something I had to go to the reception to ask. The staff was kind, but the cleaning room was reasonable only.

Bodde der to netter. Hotellet er sentralt, brukte ca 20 min å gå til hovedgaten. Nydelig område og bassengene er supervakre, men rommet var helt ok. De ansatte var veldig hyggelige og behjelpelige, og hjalp meg med å booke transport for neste del av reisen min. PS! Husk myggspray - myggen i Ubud er ganske hissig.

We had two rooms booked one room was good the other room had mould on the celling near the aircon and the aircon didnt work, the room had a over powering smell of mould so we asked for the room to be changed, the staff assisted with this.

Absolutely perfect! Happy, friendly staff at the most beautiful property possible. The location is ideal for walking around Ubud. Easy access to the part of Ubud and the Monkey Forest. But the staff make the stay at Pertiwi Bisma 1 absolutely perfect!

I liked the friendly staff, and there many negatives to list in the review. A few to mention, the incredibly dangerous and steep walk to my room was unlike any place I have stayed (61 countries). The stairs were slippery and no rails were offered. The wifi was essentially not functional and made it impossible to check email. No telephone in the room. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and poor quality. The patio door would not close. The bathroom light was not working and had to demand its repair so I could shave. I cannot in good conscience submit anything beyond 2 stars. I will never return.

Deuxième séjour, mais nous ne reviendrons pas
Deuxième séjour dans cet hôtel et après la pandémie. Le service y est toujours agréable et disponible. Cependant nous avons eu quelques déconvenues lors de notre séjour. La chambre (joglo villa vue sur piscine) était vraiment sympa et le balcon avec la vue sur piscine et la verdure de la jungle tout aussi sympathique. Cependant, invasion de fourmis. On s'y accommode malgré tout... La salle de bain est un peu vétuste, il faudrait une petite mise à jour. Mais le pire de notre séjour est survenu lors d'une nuit de forte pluie, nous avons été réveillé par la pluie qui traversait le plafond de notre chambre et la salle de bain c'était le pire, fil d'eau qui coulait... Après avoir prévenu le personnel, nous avons eu le droit à des excuses mais aucun geste commercial... Malgré tout le soucis a été réparé lors de la journée suivante mais nous n'avons pas pu voir les résultats car pas de pluie lors de notre dernière nuit. Et j'ai oublié de préciser que nous n'avions aucun moyen de contacter la réception car pas de téléphone dans la chambre. Je finirai par une note positive, la piscine du bas est vraiment sympa et au calme donc parfait pour se reposer.

We found Pertiwi Bisma to be one of the nicest hotels with a view from Ubud. They provided a good service and also, the two pools are amazing!

Old and dirty rooms
This hotel is simply too old and run-down. The rooms were outright dirty and looked like they had not been cleaned for weeks. There were two dead cockroaches in my room and green/blue looking mold in one of the corners of the room. The staff was OK friendly, but did not give any compensation (and could not change my room as they were full) even though that room was a health hazard.

Zum Glück nur ein paar Tage in schöner Umgebung
Wir hatten die beiden Suiten 301 und 303, die sich 132 Stufen unterhalb der Rezeption befinden und unterhalb des letzten Pools und des Yoga Bereiches. Über einen nicht sehr einladenden Flur kommt man an diese letzten Zimmer. Vor allem die Suite 393 hat dringend eine Renovierung nötig. Hier ist es permanent feucht und es riecht modrig. Du Lüftung im Bad ist so extrem stark, dass sie aus den Abläufen die Luft aus dem Kanal ansaugt. Auch sind bauliche Mängel im Syphon der Dusche dafür verantwortlich. Ebenso lässt die Reinigung zu wünschen übrig und die Suiten sind insgesamt renovierungsbedürftig.

We didn’t actually stay in the end...
When we checked in and shown to our room, the bathroom wasn’t great at all. It was just very dirty, we went to the reception who were very helpful. They shown us another room, which wasn’t much better and after a while, we managed to move to their sister hotel - Pertiwi Bisma Resort and Spa - which was an absolute dream! Couldn’t recommend that hotel enough. Really clean, massive room, beautiful setting and the pools were incredible!

Great pools and service
Good place if you want to spend a couple of days and I would recommend the breakfast. The pools are also great. However, we had a few problems e.g. ant problem, wifi problem, and a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom one day (and no water). It was also on a very rough road. If you don't like stairs don't go here!

Good place and location
Not a bad location, walking distance to the main street. Friendly staff, good air con, and fairly clean. The only problem was the wifi only because I work from my computer. I had to go to the lobby to use the wifi. Other than that, pretty good hotel.

Nice hotel
The staff here are excellent. They go above and beyond to please the guest. We had some WiFi and A/C issues that were quickly addressed and fixed. My only note is the shower didn’t drain well so you are standing in dirty bath water when taking a shower.

Awesome
Hotel, Staff and facilities was amazing except wifi. Wifi was very poor but all other things was great. We had very good time at Pertiwi Bisma 1. If you love green nature then I strongly recommend Pertiwi Bisma 1.

They have the best infinity pools in ubud with the best views ever :D The staff are very friendly & the breakfast was good but needs more variety :)

In the Jungle
Bei unsere Anreise gab es Probleme mit unserem Zimmer nsch stundenlangen Diskussion wurden wur für zwei Nächte in einer Villa des Pertiwi Resort &Spa untergebracht. Dansch könnten wir unsere Valley Suit beziehen. Das zimmer ist toll. Man hat das gefühl im Dschungel zu leben. Die pools waren beide sehr dreckig. Teilweise sogar larven im Infinitypool. Da hat das Hotel noch Verbesserungspotential.

Enjoyed our stay. Room comfortable. Food very good in restaurant.

Prisvärt och tyst men dåligt internet
Jättefint hotell som ligger en sidogata från stan. Stora fina rum och jättefina pooler. Jättedåligt internet dock och frukosten var inget att ha.

Affordable hotel with a beautiful view
Great! Such an affordable price for such a beautiful view. Prepare for a long walk from lobby to the room if you choose valley suite, but the view is definitely worth the walk.
