Praew
The hotel is very clean and pleasant with the private pool in every room. The staff crews are very friendly with high-quality service mind. However, the hotel is quite far from the downtown, so it is required to take a shutter bus from hotel which takes around 20 mins. Thus, it is recommended to plan the trip schedule very carefully because the shuttle bus is available only 4 times a day. Also, no service available during New Year celebration provided at the hotel.

We just spent 8 nights at this property. We had a great relaxing time. Staffs are very kind and attentive. This was our second time staying here. We booked a Villa with plunge pool: mind-blowing view to the rice paddy, huge outdoor pool, faultless service from all the staff. Alam Puisi balances traditional Balinese style with modern, comfortable amenities. One of the highlights was having such a large private pool to ourselves for the duration of our stay. The team here create such an oasis of calm and relaxation. The hotel offers only three times shuttle service to Ubud town and no return. Food in hotel requires improvement in quality and selection. Overall we have enjoyed our stay

Price was nice, but take the risk of being moved
Room and location was very pretty, as we have the one with a private pool that looked over the rice fields. However, on our last night, we had a 'plumbing' issue and was moved to another hotel further down the room which was much much smaller. It was obvious they were overbooked. We got a 'complimentary' dinner where the food was not great, they wanted to give us a complimentary which we didn't have the time to fit in. Overall, if they did not have to move us, we wld have been quite happy with the stay.

The staff at this place is not friendly or even courteous. I even found them a little rude, and for Ubud thats saying a lot. This villa is way over rated and overpriced. There is nothing to do around this villa, its out of the way and we just didnt like it nor enjoyed it. We had a better stay at Umae Villa if you need a better recommendation.

朝ヨガできるヴィラ
朝ヨガに宿泊者は参加できます。ビギナー向けですが、朝なのでゆっくりした雰囲気でいいと思います。各ヴィラにプールがついていますが、しばらく入っていなかったような感じで、ごみが浮いていたため入りませんでした。バスタブがありますが、水をためるのにかなり時間がかかるためシャワーのみ使用していました。宿泊中、途中で水しか出なかったり、トイレの天井から水が垂れてきたりしましたが、すぐ対応してくれました。シャワー室にある陶器に入っているシャンプーが下に落ちて割れてしまいましたが、チェックアウト時、水トラブルがあったため相殺となりました。ウブド行きのみシャトルバスはあります。スパがありフットマッサージのサービスを受けましたが色々と他のメニューを勧められました。回りはヴィラが点々とあり、ゆっくり過ごしたい方向きです。

Peaceful location
It was a peaceful spot and great for just a few days. The staff were friendly and the hotel is located in the rice fields being very picturesque. There is not a lot to explore walking around this village. The food was fairly expensive for what it was and wasn't that great compared to what is available in Ubud. Being so far out and the shuttle service being limited, we expected there to be more of a selection o food available. For the price it was a good deal.

Menu, we will discuss withe Chef to add more choices of menu 3.In all Villa We have set or designed a light in bathroom, room and all area, I wonder if it is off or death when you there . 4. Shuttle, yes we provide shuttle 3 times after lunch as we provide some complimentary activities before lunch such as: Yoga, Cycling, Jogging but going to ubud before lunch time is also available. we have very good contract and relationship with local driver. Trevligt hotel
Ett bra hotel med väldigt trevlig personal. Bra service och hjälpsamma. Vi testade deras massage som var väldigt bra, fick även gratis fotmassage första dagen. Yoga finns tillgängligt gratis. Det enda negativa var att det var väldigt mkt ljud utanför rummet på mornarna, man kunde inte somna om.

Translated comment : A good hotel with very nice staff. Great service and helpful. We tested their massage which was very good, even got free foot massage the first day. Yoga is available free of charge. The only negative was that there was very loud noise outside the room on the mornings, you could not fall asleep. Definitely have to stay there for your vacation
Absolutely love that place. Staff are really friendly, smiling all the time are really attentive to all our needs. Room are spacious, private pool is awesome and the bed is really comfortable. Food at the restaurant is delicious. I definitely recommend that hotel for your stay in Ubud area. Absolutely nothing negative to say about that hotel and his staff.

Amazing villa with pool outside of Ubud
Loved this villa! Spent days soaking in the sun outside. It's very peaceful, with just a few workers I in the field. Room service was top notch. The pool offers half shade, so you can have the best of both worlds. The breakfast was declious. Best part was the staff. They are so great. Had issues with lights, etc and they came immediately to fix it. Also, be careful walking out of bathroom stubbed my toe incredible hard as their is a ledge. Just know it's too far to walk to Ubud, but they have free shuttle that will take you there. Nothing close to eat, or store to buy anything so get everything before you come or take taxi, shuttle into town.

Peace and quiet amongst the rice
Lovely location set in the rice fields above Ubud. Very friendly staff. Only a small number of rooms, but very well appointed. On site restaurant and spa are very good too. Shuttle bus into Ubud provided three times a day. Private tailor-made tours of Bali can be arranged by reception.

Good value for hotel! but not many vegetarian options for breakfast and the breakfast meals that includes fruit, won't be served with food if you don't `remind' the staff. Missed being able to refill our water bottles instead of getting new ones everyday, think of the environment please!

素晴らしいサービスでしたが、、、
仲間の誕生日だと言うことで、サプライズケーキをわざわざ夜中に作って頂いたり、ホテルズドットコムのミスにも対応してくれたりと素晴らしかったです。 ただし、1200ドル以上する宿をすごく安く予約取れるとあったのでしたが、沢山ウブドには泊まって相場はわかりますが、部屋のロケーション含めての総合評価は350ドル程度の部屋ではないかと感じます。

Great place to stay, great surroundings and also you can rent a scooter at the reception and you'll be in town in 10 min. The private pool is a big plus and gives the place a very luxurious vibe. But avoid the restaurant, it's VERY pricey for the amount of food you'll get served., There's a great place a few, minutes north of the hotel with tasty food that'll give you much more value for money. Hotel Breakfast okay, if you're not an vegetarian.

avoid staying in here
we did inform to hotel its was our honeymoon an to provide good service first night was good, but rest of stay was rather bad. They keep forgetting to do room service to which have to call them to remind, they would partly clean and forget warer, towles, shower gels etc. They are very tight to provide with water bottles and want to charge the e food is very bad and should avoid the room constantly fill with white ants, mosquito and bugs. we inform hotel ad they keep give us bug spray On our last day, there was no hot water. I called hotel and they brought to our room 2 bottles of water..seriously?? it was a very dissapointment because I was looking for a good place to stay and service for my wife

Fantastic stay
I stayed here with my other half for 2 nights. It wasn't long enough. The staff made an impression right from the word go, the room was beautiful and we felt relaxed the minute we arrived. We had a private villa room and we couldn't have asked for more. It had a very comfy day bed outside next to the pool which we utilised. We had dinner in the restaurant the first night and it was very tasty and then had it delivered to our room the next night, there was no extra charge for the room service. The villa is about 15-20mins out of Ubud but they offer a free shuttle or if you want to go at a different time, which we did it was $10 to go into town, which we were able to charge to our room. My only complain with it was the pick up point wasn't clearly pointed out to us in Ubud so we ended up getting a taxi back rather getting the Villa's service. The taxi was about the same price. We were given a complementary foot massage and i also paid for a Balinese massage, both of which we great. We would have liked to stay longer but didn't have the time. We will be back.

フロントやレストランの方々が大変フレンドリーでいつも笑顔で声をかけてくれます。最終日は朝早い飛行機でしたので、4時半にはホテルを発たねばなりませんでしたが、朝食としてサンドイッチやフルーツをお弁当にしてくれて、とても親切でした。またレストランの料理が大変美味しくて、しかもお値段もリーズナブルで驚きました。2日間カーチャーターで回りましたが、連れていってもらったレストランは申し訳ないですが、どれもあまり美味しいとは言えずお値段もかなりするものでした。ホテルでは夕飯を2食頂きましたが、これなら他の日もホテルのレストランを利用すれば良かったと思いました。車がないと移動は難しいですが、ウブドで田んぼに囲まれてゆっくりしたいなら、ホスピタリティーあふれ、ご飯の美味しいこのホテルをお勧めします！

Schönes Hotel außerhalb von Ubud
Eine sehr schöne Anlage außerhalb von Ubud Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer mit Ausblick auf den Dschungel. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bettlaken leider nicht (wurde aber ohne beanstandung gewechselt) Der große 20m Schwimmpool der von allen Gästen benutzt wird war schön angelegt und sauber. Das Essen im Restaurant war auch lecker.

peace and tranquility
We found this resort and its staff to be amazing. The room was peaceful and the outlook over the rice fields very calming. The staff were wonderful and helpful at all times and catered to our needs. I would definitely go back and stay at this resort. And being a little out of Ubud gave us a real sense of being part of the local culture.

Unfortunate terrible experience
Booked a 2 night stay. Personally would not recommend booking their deluxe single room. We had opted for that over a villa as we were planning to spend our time at Mt Batur and ubud city centre. The accommodation is a little far from ubud city centre. Shuttle is provided at about 3 hour intervals, other than that you would have to pay. The room although spacious, was not very clean (ie. shampoo/ soap bottles were obviously reused, trail of ants in the toilet) and was poorly lit. What made it so unbearable was the air-conditioning which turned our room into an oven (even the stairwell and corridors up to our 4th floor room were so much cooler). Some complimentary activities are provided for guests, but their spa packages are expensive, cheaper to head into town for better choices and selection. The only thing I would give my praise for was the warm service we got from the staff. Always smiling, friendly and sincere.

Great place to disconnect
We had a great time at Alam Puisi Villas. While it is a bit off the beaten track (around 10 minutes by hotel shuttle, which doesn't happen all that often), if you are looking for a place to disconnect and get away from the hectic rush that is Kuta, Seminyak, or even Ubud city centre, then this is the place for you. The staff here are amazingly friendly, always greeting you with a smile, and happy to go above and beyond to make your stay special. While a little more expensive than what you can get in Ubud centre, you can get all you need at the Villas, so you don't ever need to leave, though it is definitely worth going to check it all out. The rooms are spacious, but could've been built to a higher quality. Unfortunately they had cut the rice in the paddies just before we arrived so it wasn't as green and lush as it could've been, but time waits for no one. Overall it is definitely worth staying here if you want some peace and quiet with all the mod cons.

Lækkert hotel i idylliske omgivelser
En rigtig lækkert hotel i idyllisk område. Dejligt og rigtig hjælpende personale. Alt i alt dejligt ophold. Eneste minus var det lå 15 minutters kørsel fra Ubud, og shuttelbussen kørte ikke så ofte - den sidste gik allerede kl. 10.

Processus d'accueil compliqué : deux réceptions dans deux bâtiments différents; consignes compliquées à comprendre (cf niveau d'anglais approximatif) Service: - très lent au restaurant mais cuisine très bonne; - niveau d'anglais pauvre; - retards dans toutes les prestations réservées (donc nécessité d' anticiper si besoin de réserver un taxi pour prendre un avion en suivant), - ampoule grillée dans la chambre non remplacée malgré la mise en évidence; - manque de rangements dans la chambre - services (spa et activités)très chers en comparaison des prix affichés à Ubud Malgré une vraie volonté de bien faire le manque d'expérience est flagrant. Propreté : - draps sales, serviettes de toilette tâchées, les serviettes rafraîchissantes données à notre arrivée sont restées dans notre chambre tout le séjour; - nécessaire de toilette très minimaliste et non remplacé d'un jour sur l'autre . Les bons points: - super emplacement au milieu des rizières, au calme; - 4 shuttles quotidiens gratuits vers Ubud; - terrasse, piscine et emplacement du restaurant très agréables; - location vélos gratuite pour une heure - personnel souriant et gentil

My wife and I were impressed with this hotel and its villa room and private pool facility. The staff were very helpful and went the extra distance to make our stay special including a candle light dinner by our room pool. We deliberately chose our accommodation to be away from the intensive nature of central Ubud and remain happy with that choice. The Alam Puisi's shuttle service to Ubud was very good with 4 return times a day and local taxis costing approx. 8USD one way. With limited time (4 nights only) and through the hotel, we utilised the services of a local tour driver Wayan for two separate days at around 55USD/day. Wayan was great as he had a good knowledge of the things to see as well as very good English. We could have done with an extra 1-2 nights in the Ubud area as there is a lot to see both south and north of central Ubud. If you are into collecting a few artisan works (eg. silver jewelry, wood carvings, paintings) while in Ubud we would recommend taking a bit more time to have a look around the outlying villages where you can pick up nice pieces made by the artists almost in-front of you at very reasonable prices. In addition, have some wonderful exchanges with these very talented and friendly Balinese people.

Good budget hotel
Sitting area inside the rooms would have been nice. Breakfast area gets crowded at times. Staff were excellent. Good hospitality. They take some time to serve breakfast but always apologise for it. Good hotel for the price.

静かで居心地抜群
一泊だけの利用でずっとヴィラから出ずにくつろいでいました。 予約が詰まってなかったのでアーリーチェックイン、さらにはレイトチェックアウトも無料でしてくれたのですごく長い時間ヴィラで過ごせました。 プライベートプールの水温が低くて、入る気にはなりませんでしたが、プールサイドのベッドが最高に心地よかったです。 スタッフも気さくで感じがよかったです。 静かで緑を見ながら寛げるのでゆっくりしたい方にオススメです。

Clean, comfortable and a great value
The people working at the Villa are very kind and helpful. The room itself was clean, comfortable and a good value. A view towels and bedding items could use replacing rather than washing, but overall it was nice.

Séjour à munduk.
Arrivé par temps pluvieux, la suite est excentré du centre de l'hôtel. On y accède au travers d'une petite rizière. Le style est colonial, tout en bois, avec un certain charme. Les murs ne sont pas jointifs avec le toit, on est à l'air libre, le lit est protégé par une jolie moustiquaire. Pas de mini-bar, le service de coffre fort n'est disponible qu'à l'accueil. Le temps est clément, pas besoin de clim, mais l'accès à notre salle de bains se fait par un couloir ouvert et semi privatif, qui communique avec la chambre du dessous (si vous réservez à 4 par exemple). Nous n'avons pas croisés d'autres clients lors de l'utilisation de la sdb, mais cette proximité pourrait être contraignante. Il y a une jolie petite terrasse privative, mais les arbres cachent un peu la vue des rizières. Le jardin est magnifique et très fleuri. Le signal wifi est très faible dans la chambre, mais meilleur au restaurant ou à l'accueil. On est dans la nature, et c'est pas très calme, grenouilles, ruisseaux, glouglous et bestioles en tous genres s'en donnent à cœur joie pour bercer votre sommeil. Pas de rideaux occultants, si vous n'êtes pas réveillés pas les bruits nocturnes, le soleil s'en chargera. Les activités sont un peu limitées dans le coins. Pas de défauts rédhibitoire pour ce beau cottage.

Nice and quiet hotel with good service
The hotel is slightly far from ubud centre, but it is quiet and peaceful. The villa is clean and spacious, the private pool is definately a plus. Resort staffs are friendly and helpful.

Hôtel et cadre magnifique, personnel au top!
On a adoré notre sejour qui a été très bien organisé par Expedia. L'hôtel etait beau, bien situé. Le personnel très poli, souriant, serviable. Le spa est également très bien avec des offres pour les couples assez interessantes avec un bon rapport qualité/prix. Nous retournerons ici avec expédia , on en garde un très bon souvenir.

Superbe séjour à alam puisi! Le personnel est très accueillant! La nourriture du restaurant est très bonne (plats indonésiens et européens). Je recommande fortement ce charmant hôtel.
