The window blinds were broken, which impacted privacy, and more concerning, there was visible mold above the shower in the bathroom, which raises serious cleanliness concerns. Parking is limited to street parking, which happened to be available, but a hotel serving travelers should offer a more reliable option. The continental breakfast was also very minimal—waffles, apples, yogurt, toast, and coffee—with no hot items like eggs, bacon, or sausage, and limited creamer options. The one highlight was the free shuttle to the JFK AirTrain, which is quick and convenient. Overall, I would only stay here again if absolutely necessary. There are clear areas where maintenance and overall standards need improvement."
