"Upon arriving we were assigned a room on the second floor. The stair going up was filthy! Then they changed us to the main level upon seeing I was disabled after we climbed the stairs. So the air conditioner was broke. We both had medical devices that required electricity. None of the receptacles on the bed side worked. We had to sleep with our heads at the foot of the beds in order to reach receptacles on the oither side and we had to pull the table over to us to put our machines...
