"The Prince of Wales hotel has a older rustic aura and is well maintained and well staffed with good food. It does show its age in some ways, but that is not a detriment to its charm."

"Overall the experience was great. Our room was clean on the surface, but on closer inspection there was lots of hair in the washroom. We let the front desk know, and they were helpful. Someone came up to clean up, but when we returned to the room we still found hair in the bathtub :("
