"I came to Roatan for my birthday with friends and we all four stayed at Kimpton Grand Roatan Resort and Spa. This was an extremely clean establishment and the front desk were nothing but helpful! The room was very put together and had more than enough space. The pool and beaches were beautiful and we were walking distance from the city but the hotel offered rides also. I received a birthday cake and staff ensured that I had a great time. A must stay!"

"The staff were all very friendly. The driver picked our group up from the airport and was right on time! Loved that the front desk was very easy to make arrangements with to get drivers to take us shopping and answered all questions we had. The property is older, so needs some work done to the villas, but overall the beds were comfortable and clean. "Great staff, overall very clean. Just the inside of the bedroom AC needs maintenance and ceiling fan we had to keep off it was full of dirt, seems it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Bathroom towels had stains in them. Quiet, peaceful and surrounded by nature did it for us. "

"The owners and staff are wonderful people. Warm, friendly, super accommodating, helpful. Small boutique feel to hotel. Guests are friendly. Access to diving super convenient.
