"The owners and staff are wonderful people. Warm, friendly, super accommodating, helpful. Small boutique feel to hotel. Guests are friendly. Access to diving super convenient. The only reason I didn’t give it a 5 is that there’s no closet or drawers to put stuff away, and the bathroom faucets are corroded and some of the hooks were missing, shelf wasn’t attached well enough to hold any products. "Front desk helpful in arranging the return of a cellphone left in a cab as well as transportation to the airport with a shuttle for 9 people and luggage. There was VERY loud music played in the lobby and the rooms just off the lobby vibrated with it. More of a nightclub vibe than a hotel. The rooms are not very soundproof. "Great staff, overall very clean. Just the inside of the bedroom AC needs maintenance and ceiling fan we had to keep off it was full of dirt, seems it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Bathroom towels had stains in them. Quiet, peaceful and surrounded by nature did it for us. "

"I came to Roatan for my birthday with friends and we all four stayed at Kimpton Grand Roatan Resort and Spa. This was an extremely clean establishment and the front desk were nothing but helpful! The room was very put together and had more than enough space. The pool and beaches were beautiful and we were walking distance from the city but the hotel offered rides also. I received a birthday cake and staff ensured that I had a great time. A must stay!"

"Overall, the staff was very pleasant and courteous. I had an enjoyable experience. The property is gorgeous. However, upon arriving, the evening supervisor, named Patricia, was very sarcastic, indifferent, and rude.
