Everything was very nice. Great deal for the price. I really liked that there was no staff and the check in was still extremely easy. The whole room was clean except that I had some long black hair on and under my sheet. The sheets were definitely clean but I think that the cleaning stuff could be a bit more careful with this. Also our TV started lagging after ~15minutes of use. But the stay was still better than I expected.

For me the quality of the room was perfectly in line with the price. It was clean and quiet, centrally located, and smooth check in. But the sofa bed didn't really work as a sofa (very uncomfortable), and the mattress topper on the bed was very thin and tended to fold under your body in an uncomfortable way. But, to repeat. It was considerably cheaper than other hotels in the neighborhod.

The room feels a little cramped but it was in good shape. I appreciated the instant coffee and the kettle. As this a self-checkin process, please send the code in advance and not at the very last minute, like it happened to us. In our booking confirmation, it said that we would get the code a day before checkin but that did not happen. Other than that, it was all good.

Booked this hotel because of its location as it is close to the train station. My expectations for Omena hotels was exactly what I had expected/anticipated. However, my booking for one adult and 2 kids (both under 10) stated we would get a double bed and a soffa bed. I had expected enough beddings for all of us 3 but we got only two pillows and 2 blankets for the double bed and none for the sofa bed ( a bed sheet yes but a pillow and a blanket would have been nice to have)

Over all satisfying with stay.

Checkin was very smooth. No need to worry about checkin times. Room was clean and according to my needs. Hotel was on central location only 700 meteres from Turku Bus station. I will say for improvement heating was not there i will say it needs to be improved because i was feeling cold in room however bathroom temperature was good. 2nd television was slow to operate it was hanging

Whatch out for the stairs if you have toddlers!

From the website there was no way to know the family room consisted of two floors. The steep spiral staircase is dangerous for small children. The fan was terribly loud and there was no eay to turn it down. The room was too hot when we arrived but thankfully the heat could be turned down. Although the cleaning overall was ok, there were some sticky stains on the floor. I don't know what the microwave oven was meant for, as there were no plates or cutlery. Also we would have needed some napkins! I was also a little disappointed there was no honey for the tea. The beds downstairs were nice, a little hard but that's ok. I could have used another pillow though. A shelf and/or some hooks would be a great addition as there was no place to put your stuff. This was a cheap alternative so I guess you get what you pay for. However, a few small and affordable changes would make it much more practical!

I stayed at two Omena Hotels during my trip to Finland. The biggest downside is the lack of staff and amenities. There is no reception desk, and if you need luggage storage, you'll have to find it elsewhere. The rooms themselves were clean and had several electrical outlets, which was very convenient. Both rooms were spacious for a solo traveler, although the bathrooms were quite small. The central Turku location is excellent and makes it easy to explore the city on foot. Overall, Omena Hotels are a good option for budget-conscious travelers who simply need a clean, centrally located place to sleep. However, unless you're on a very strict budget, I would recommend spending a little more for a hotel with better amenities and a staffed reception.

It is not qualified to call “HOTEL”; more like low-class Airbnb with no front desk receptionist; only 2 single bed although it claims sleep 3. About my home bathroom size < 600sf, feel like you cramp into camping trailer with an aircraft bath/shower; no kitchen…nothing. Absolutely not worth the price; I would pay more to stay down the street in an actual hotel
