Querida Fernanda Nogueira Campos,É verdade, no dia 9 de setembro tivemos um vazamento de água de um tanque e os técnicos intervieram durante a noite de sábado e terminaram a intervenção durante a tarde de domingo. Nem todos os quartos foram afetados pela falta de água, pois cada área dos quartos tem tanques diferentes. Nós não informamos durante o check-in porque não detectamos o perdido imediatamente, exceto quando um alarme soou na estação de água. Obrigado comuqnue por entender o que aconteceu.Estamos felizes em ler que comuqnue apreciou tanto a localização estratégica do hotel e o nível de conforto.Esperamos tê-lo de volta em breve nosso convidado bem-vindo.CumprimentosFrancesco BoscaDirettore
