Ottimo motel e servizio con culla gratis in camera, gentili e disponibili. Buona la colazione. Non male il materasso del letto matrimoniale e le lenzuola. Sono stati gentili e disponibili.

holte vecchio e servizi deludenti

Togliendo il fatto che come struttura sono rimasti negli anni 80...con un arredo e tendaggi decisamente vecchi...per chi nn ama lo stile...ti mette un po di angoscia...il problema è che non vale 60 a notte...! Arriviamo e troviamo la cartaigenica in ascensore per terra....spiegaremi il senso...poi nella camera se sei sul water e l’altro apre la porta..ti arriva sulle gambe...e la colazione...in tanti anni che viaggio non l’ho mai vista cosi misera...e di scarsa qualità...a nichelino ci sono due hotel...e io ero in visita da parenti...prossimo giro proverò l’altro. La cemera era pulita e il letto comodo...ma ripeto pagare 60 euro per il servizio che danno non ha senso. Ho poi scoperto che se prenotavo la camera il giorno stesso era in offerta a 45...e gia come cifra è piu giusta!

Rivaluterei decisamente l'offerta della colazione , ampliando e allargo il buffet, spremute d'arancia al momento maggiori cereali e gusti di yogurt..Un tostapane a servizio non sarebbe male..Il resto dell'hotel tutto ok..

Good place to stay

A hotel that ticked all the boxes for me, travelling with pets. Except that after having arrived and told that the restaurant was open, after we had walked the dogs etc and went into the restaurant at exactly 21:30 we were told that we were too late to dine then as the restaurant closed at 21:30 .. they could easily have told us that before so that we could make sure to go in earlier! We actually ended up having a lovely meal in a restaurant just down the road. Apart from that, it was all good.

Ho prenotato una stanza presso quest'hotel, ll'arrivo sono stato accolto da personale decisamente CORDIALE, questo è una grande punto a loro favore. La camera (una singola) aveva tutto lo stretto necessario per un pernottamento, un letto (2 piazze) ed un bagno, essendo disposto in periferia di Torino è abbastanza tranquillo. Sono rimasto solamente perplesso dal forte odore di fumo di sigaretta presente nella stanza, pur avendo le finestre aperte questo è rimasto tutta la notte. Per il resto direi nella norma, asccuigamani e coperte pulite.

NECESITA UNA REFORMA IMPORTANTE

Las camas estaban en mal estado, la ventana de la habitación con la manilla rota, todo muy antigüo. Necesito una reforma. El bar no tenía personal, si quieres algo es una máquina de vending. Alrededor del Hotel no hay nada interesante, tienes que ir al centro de la Ciudad.

Non ricordo i nomi dei due ragazzi, ma mi hanno fatta sentire a casa, grazie!!!!!!! L'hotel è adeguato alla sua categoria ed è buono il rapporto qualità prezzo. Lo consiglio a chi cerca una soluzione comoda, semplice e accogliente.

Personale squisito

Sono stata benissimo, tant'è che mi sono fermata un giorno in più e il personale, oltre alla gentilezza di sempre mi ha fatto davvero sentire la "benvenuta"! La zona è molto tranquilla ma anche situata vicino alla via principale che è ben collegata dai mezzi di trasporto per tutta la città e zone d'arte. Il cibo è squisito con un menù elaborato ed allo stesso tempo genuino e semplice ma con una presentazione..di lusso ma ad un prezzo basso ed accessibile a tutti. Non avendo il pc con me, l'albergo ne ha uno a disposizione degli ospiti, che ho usato più volte gratuitamente e vi è anche una macchinetta per le bevande, caffè e snack per quando avevo fame nel cuore della notte, anche se c'è anche il bar nella hall.Insomma, mi sono trovata benissimo, dalla pulizia della stanza al personale gentilissimo e disponibile, al cibo..a tutto il soggiorno! Andateci, io ci tornerò sicuramente. Serena
