Los alrededores me parecen peligrosos, o al menos muy oscuros y solos, no había agua caliente ni funcionaba la TV, la entrada no se ve claramente, no sabían si ya había pagado la habitación o no, no hay facilidades si llevan maletas grandes y les tocan pisos superiores, el desayuno es muy limitado, pero las personas al menos en el restaurante si fueron amables pero no así quien dirigía.

Hotel espectacular, muy bonito. El personal es muy amable y te ayudan en todo. Esta a un corto paseo del centro y de algun cenote. El wifi funciona muy muy bien

Genial!!
El hotel está ubicado en una calle principal, de fácil acceso y cerca de super mercado, habitaciones super cómodas, buena presión de agua, puedes ir caminando al centro de Tulum. Tiene parking en las instalaciones. El ambiente es genial! El wifi es bueno y además tiene acceso a Netflix. Muy recomendable

Good relaxed stay
We had a great stay, 13 nights in total. Good standard on our double room (#11) overlooking the pool. It's just a few minutes walk to the main street, close to grocery store, bank and a few restaurants (with loads of them another 5-15 minutes walking along the main street). About a 10 minute taxi ride to the beaches.

This is an amazing property to stay at .. it is not a resort or secluded hotel. It is a boutique hotel conveniently located on the corner of town near a grocery store with the best ATM, COVID testing and street vendors/restaurants nearby. The staff were phenomenal. Marco was the best host and gave amazing help with all things. The hotel was so clean, cute and cozy. It is on a major road but it was still quiet. I would easily stay there again. There was an excellent breakfast every morning with papaya, watermelon, bananas with yogurt drizzled and granola ... toast with butter and jelly ... fresh squeezed juice and coffee. The chef couldn't have been kinder. The rooms were cleaned daily to perfection. The shower was modern with great water pressure and shower head .. so nice! The room was very modern. Such a cute place that felt right. I enjoyed the pool daily. This hotel only has 11 units which kept it so personal and cozy ... it was probably less than half full so you got great individual attention. This place is a total win if you want convenience to town (walking there is easy), comfort, recognition because you are not lost in a crowd of hotel guests, and the price was right. This place has it all with really great staff/hosts. Rent this if you don't want a generic resort.

Uolis Nah is a peaceful, private oasis on the edge of central Tulum. The cone-shaped rooms are beautiful and spacious, the pool is perfect for an afternoon swim, and the staff could not possibly have been more helpful or friendly. They helped us rent scooters, bikes, directed us to lesser-known cenotes, and made the hotel a great place to wake up every morning. I could not recommend the place more highly if you're looking to avoid the crowded tedium of the strip of fancy hotels along the coast (which sucks huevos)

The room is spacious and fairy close to food and transportation but is on a very busy road thus it is very noisy, you hear trucks and busses all day and night. The room could be most tastefully decorated but is kind of tacky. They clean the room and hallway with an awful smelly perfume so it was difficult to breath in the room. There are many better options that are in same price range

This is the cutest little community of villas and perfect for a stay in Tulum, especially if you have rented a car! The rooms were spacious with creative design with a nice balcony. The location is just off the main strip of Tulum, so everything was so convenient. Staying here was also less expensive than staying down in a resort, so we were able to splurge on more elaborate excursions and activities. The staff was genuinely interested in helping us with information we needed and helped make the visit that much more special. We had a wonderful stay here and can't wait to come back!

The rooms are fun and if you plan to cook they’re convenient with four burners, fridge, and sink. They’re also relatively spacious but could use an upgrade. Just changing the lightbulbs in the room would be an improvement. AC worked alright, but oscillating fans were re-wired in a sketchy way and we overall felt we paid too much per night despite the high season.

Vi blev väldigt besvikna på rummets renlighet. Lakanen var smutsiga, golvet var alltid smutsigt och klibbigt trots städning osv. Lamporna funkade inte ens i badrummet och rummet var väldigt mörkt. Hotellet är väldigt långt från hotell zon arean i Tulum. Vilket är synd för det är där du har stranden, bra restauranger och allt annat. Vi fick betala väldigt mycket åt både taxi och hyra cyklar för att ta oss dit flera gånger under en och samma dag.

Var nämnt att de har gratis cyklar att använda. För det första var det bara två cyklar per rum. Då de en dag hade två cyklar hade de inte lås till dem. Bra frukost och personal.

Pas terrible! pour une nuit, pas plus!
A notre arrivée, nous avons attendu presque 10 min que quelqu'un daigne s'occuper de nous. Une fille est arrivée, pas de bonjour, pas de sourrir... rien, ça nous a mis mal à l'aise. Au bout de 5min, elle est partie sans rien dire, et un homme est arrivé. Idem, pas de bonjour, rien et il ne parlait pas non plus l'anglais. Juste "credit card". Nous avons payé, il nous a accompagné a l'entree de la chambre puis est parti! Nous sommes restés 3 nuits. Il n'ont pas changé les serviettes, ni les draps. Il y avait un kitchenette, mais à midi, ils faisaient le ménage, du coup obligé de déjeuner dehors. Le petit dej est à 8h (un peu tard pour aller vister ensuite). Pareil, il faut deviner si on peu se servir, ils nous regardent passivement. Hôtels.com, merci de nous contacter par mail!

Zusätzliche Kosten! 3% mit Kreditkartenzahlung!
Verbesserungen in der Sauberkeit erforderlich. 3% Zusatzkosten mit der Kreditkartenzahlung sind nicht fair. Im Bezirk vom Hotel findet man Abfall. Der allgemeine Zustand vom Innenhof ist OK. Frühstücksqualität zu verbessern.

Zweckmäßiges Hotel
Das Personal spricht kein Deutsch und nur minimal Englisch. Es wurde Barzahlung verlangt. Wir mussten ewig nach einer Wechselstube suchen. Personal hatte keine Ahnung wo man eine findet. Klimaanlage war auch nicht vorhanden. Pool winzig klein, wirkt auf den Bildern viel größer. Die Anlage selber schon irgendwie nett, aber für einen längeren Aufenthalt nicht besonders gut geeignet. Für ein paar Nächte mit eigenem Auto ja.

TUVIMOS DIFICULTAD CON EL USO DE LA CAJA DE SEGURIDAD Y NO PODIAMOS ABRIRLA, SOLICITAMOS LA AYUDA Y NO LA RECIBIMOS HASTA 24 HRS DESPUES Y SOLO FUE POR PRESION NUESTRA YA QUE NO HABIA INTENCION DE ACUDIR A AUXILIARNOS EN EL MOMENTO EN QUE NOSOTROS ESTARIAMOS DISPONIBLES, SINO QUE DEBIAMOS AJUSTARNOS A LOS TIEMPOS DEL MANAGER, CONSIDERANDO QUE NO ES UN HOTEL FRENTE A LA PLAYA Y QUE LA PISCINA NO PODIA USARSE, TENIAMOS NECESIDAD DE SALIR PARA ENTRETENER A NUESTROS HIJOS, PERO AUN ASI NO NOS AYUDABAN CON LA APERTURA DE LA CAJA. NO FUE UNA BUENA EXPERIENCIA DEFINIVITAMENTE NO REPETIREMOS

방이 생각보다 큰 편이며 3명이 자는 슈퍼킹 사이즈 침대와 1명이 자는 쇼파침대가 있습니다. 방마다 간단한 주방시설이 구비되어 있으며 에어컨은 없지만 선풍기로 충분히 시원하게 잘 수 있습니다.조그만 수영장이 있는데 우리가 있을 때는 수영장 물이 깨끗하지 않아서 수영은 하지 않았습니다. 아침식사는 아주 간단히 나오며 4~5대 정도 주차를 할 수 있는 공간이 입구에 있습니다. 툴룸 시내외각에 위치하여 중심가까지 걸어서는 조금 멀고 차로 이동하면 3분 정도 걸립니다. 200미터 정도위치에 큰 마트가 있습니다. 주인아주머니가 친철하십니다.

Good value and excellent service
Good value and good location. Bikes basic but great for cycling to Tulum ruins early to miss the crowds. Would recommend.

Cuando llegamos nos querian combrar mas por el menor de 12 años pero no dijo nada, cuando hable con el por telefono y solo nos presto dos bicicletas cuando heramos 4 y estaba solo el hotel, y ademas nos comento q tenia convenio para camastros en la playa y no fue asi , el lugar esta lejos de la playa

Un puesto basico
The room was nice and spacious with bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sofa area. The room was fresh with the cieling fan, no a/c. It was also strange that there was no tv but the internet was good so we streamed shows. Great breakfast.
