Right on the beach, great service upon check in and out. The bar was "closed?" at 5:30pm. Great AC and mostly private patio, cute trails and beautiful beach. Clean and comfortable room, no tv but didn't miss it. French toast was incredible for breakfast. Lots of available beds on the beach area. Cool water available from the front if you run out.

This resort is MAGICAL, and the staff is so far above and beyond that I can’t even put into words how amazing each and every one of them were. So kind and bent over backwards all day, every day. Five stars aren’t enough.

The property is beautiful and felt like you were in the jungle. The beach was absolutely gorgeous. The hotel was quiet and did not have rowdy patrons. Front desk service was excellent and addressed any concerns quickly. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing, low key vacation. Areas of improvement include more attentive restaurant service, stronger alcoholic beverages, water/hot water consistency, drinking water stations could be placed throughout the property, and more accurate advertising of property amenities. There were areas of the property included in the resort map and website that were not open/accessible (market, beach club, Cleo, lancava, kids club, Berna).

O hotel fica dentro do parque nacional, e uma distância a pé do Sitio Arqueológico de Tulum, de frente para a praia com 3 restaurantes dentro. Isso conta muito para uma avaliação positiva. Somente como melhoria recomendaria incluir frigobar e wifi no quarto, e melhorar o chuveiro.

Beach a few feet away from our room. Some rooms have a beach view. Only tried one of their three restaurants. Very good. Outdoor restaurant in a jungle setting with cool music playing. Walking distance to the Tulum archeological ruins. Taxi ride into Tulum costs about $15 dollars. During the day from my room I could hear some music playing from the resort next door. However, this would stop at night and was not too bad. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I visited early this month and this was my favorite vacation ever. Absolutely beautiful room with ocean view. Staff were so attentive and helpful. No complaints. Walking distance to Restaurants near by and covid testing center. They really tried hard to keep the seaweed away which is not their fault. I very much appreciated that. I wish there was a pool and wifi in the rooms when outside was too hot but vacations aren’t meant to be spent on your phone so I get it. I’m definitely returning. Food was amazing too!

Eine wunderschöne Anlage, sehr ansprechende und große Zimmer, Frühstück lecker, allerdings etwas dürftig, mit tollem Ausblick, sehr schöner Strand, äußerst freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Am besten hat man hier einen Mietwagen, um die Gegend zu erkunden, hierfür sind auf der Anlage Parkplätze vorhanden.
