"The staff were so friendly and well spoken. The palace is immaculate and so clean. Easy parking right out front which was free of charge for our rental car. The hotel also has an amazing restaurant for dinner which was one of our favourite meals of the trip. "Set in a stunning location right on the harbour in Milna, the setting alone makes it worth the trip. There’s a boat fuel station just to the right of the hotel, so you get to watch an amazing parade of boats, yachts, and catamarans slowly cruising in to refuel, a lovely, relaxing thing to watch from the terrace with a drink in hand. "We landed late around 11:30PM and got to the hotel around 12AM. They were very accommodating and had someone stay up and wait for our check in. They had breakfast in the morning waiting for us until around 10. Overall great experience and would stay here again. Very friendly staff and clean and modern rooms. "

"The hotel rooms are quite old and run down. Our room had stains on the carpet and problems with the air con I wouldn't say it was 5 star. We also heard noise from the DJ and music festival until the early hours as the room wasn't insulated well. Which is a shame as the pool/ spa and restaurant are all get and the wait staff we very nice"

"Comfortable hotel not far from old town. Rooms comfortable but on small side. Staff friendly and helpful. We had a muddle over our booking by Expedia. Nothing outrageous but Expedia did nothing to assist resolution. Only small negative was a request for slightly later checkout was denied. Breakfasts ample and tasty."
