Felt very let down by Hotels.com

We booked this hotel after a lot of research as Hotels.com stated that you provided “restaurant, lounge, bar. When we checked in the reception staff advised us that there were none of these. Also the room we specifically booked was not available! That being said the 3 members of staff that we met were exceptional.

Lovely Hotel

A lovely hotel in a fascinating town. Tudela is largely pedestrianised and with short streets sat nav struggled. On my third circuit I parked and walked to the hotel. A very warm and friendly greeting from Daniela, nothing was too much trouble and all delivered in good English. We parked our car in the nearby underground car park. Hotel is only 6 months old and room is well designed with an excellent shower and very comfortable bed. Dog was made very welcome. Breakfast was, unusually, not self service, my wife had yoghurt and fruit and I had toast with Mozarella and Avocado. A wonderful stay

Nice stay in Tudela

The hotel was really good. I would gladly stay again. The bed was so comfortable and the room was super clean. We had our small dog with us and he was more than welcome. The location is really good in the old town close to restaurants, bars and cafes. The receptionist was really helpful with everything and recommended good places to eat.

Nice hotel but finding it was a nightmare. Directions are given to their check-in but what they don't mention is its just a street sign above a parking space down the road from the hotel - not helpful when you are looking for a building. Thankfully a call led to a receptionist popping down to meet us and later taking us to a secure covered car park. Probably the town being in lockdown ahead of a visit by the King and Queen didn't help. It's a high tech hotel modern hotel built into an old building. Electric everything in the bedroom butnhadbto stumble through the dark to turn on lights because no switch by door, My wife complained about poor lighting around the mirror for doing makeup.

Personnel très sympathique et serviable, AR de resa via Whattsapp dans le quart d’heure et explications et proposition parking pour l’arrivée ( ce qui est indispensable vu qu’on ne peut accéder à l’entrée de l’hôtel en voiture). Hôtel rénové il y a 2 ans, très propre et design mais au dépit du confort. Notamment la douche en tête de lit , avec coin lavabo . Pas de cintres dans la penderie( on Noys en a apporté dans les 5 min) seulement 2 patères pour pendre les serviettes. Pas testé petit dejeuner ni restau.

Magnifique boutique hôtel en plein centre

Magnifique hôtel en plein centre ville de Tudela. (Vieux centre). Très belle chambre au dernier étage, belle décoration et literie confortable. Tout sentait très bon. L’accueil était super par la jeune fille française, très sympathique et aidante. Merci pour tout nous reviendrons!
