"Began with room on 2nd floor, but the people in the room above us were REALLY noisy, stomping back & forth across the room. Kimberly, at the front desk was very helpful and moved us to a room on the 3rd floor (so no one was above us). Then our TV remote did not work, and after trying new batteries, Kimberly gave us a new remote, which finally worked. The final issue was people outside in the parking lot blasting their music from their car (with doors open so the whole area could hear). Again, Kimberly took care of the issue by going out and asking them to quiet down. Thanks to Kimberly and her efforts, our visit turned out okay. Thank you SO MUCH Kimberly!"

"Property is clean. Customer service was excellent the surrounding area was Quiet. comforter in blankets, along with towels,could be upgraded, but excluding all of that slept very comfortably on the mattress. We were well taken care of."
