"I left the hotel with extreme disappointment and anger. My friend and I stayed for two nights from December 9-11. Originally, my booking was at the Le Monet Hotel but was cancelled last minute. Luckily, I managed to make a reservation at the Brent Guest House. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised and delighted to see a beautiful lobby and welcoming staff. "The room was spacious and clean! We also had a beautiful mountain view, it was amazing to wake up to it in the morning. The lamphouse is right in the heart of Canmore, close to restaurants, shopping boutiques, and more. The staff were very accommodating as well. We asked if we could leave our car after the 11 a.m. checkout, and they kindly allowed us to park until 4 p.m. Overall, a great stay!"
