"It was an unforgettable experience! The room where we stayed was overlooking the vast bay and it was beautiful. The amenities on the cruise ship were wonderful, and the hospitality was above and beyond. We felt truly welcomed and cared for by the crew and they always provided what we needed. Truly a Five-Star experience for our family. Shout out to Ms. Kim (the cruise manager), Ms. Erin (server), and Mr. Tran (swim & kayaking), they took very good care of us!"

"We just returned from a 2 day 1 night cruise on the Paradise Grand. It was perfect. We were tendered out to the boat and I wasn’t sure what to expect. We were met with a cool towel and drink and were well taken care of from the point on. Our cruise was through Lan Ha bay which is a bit quieter and I much preferred it. "They took our food alergies but did nothing with it nor did they make any alterations or amendments to accommodate the lack of food options for those who could not eat from their regular menu. I am alergic to seafood and half their options included seafood. The buffet lunch was fine but the set dinner menu had 60% seafood. Employees on board were kind and courteous and were one of the bright sides on the cruise however for an overnight cruise they lack fun activities to keep you entertained in...

"We went to 2 days 1 night cruise.We were greeting by Linh ,cruise manager,she was very niceThe cebin crew were very professional and friendly and always happy to assist.Boat was beautiful,clean and my room with balcony was beyond our expectation,bed was comfortable but quite small.The food was delicious and plenty.Strongly recommend by pick syrena as your boat.Thank you Syrena for wonderful trip. "Our group of 7 had a wonderful night on Erina Cruise. The rooms are big and spacious, the staff are very attentive and we enjoyed the activities offered. The pool is quite shallow but it was good for sitting in and our 4 year old loved it. Plenty of food options at each meal so there was something for everyone in our group. Would highly recommend."
