Visited my relatives in this cozy country-side of Japan with many rice fields; I was happy to have stayed in this new establishment that is just 4 minute walk from the train station. Very clean, very safe, wonderful staffs. Family Mart across the street and surprisingly a large Aeon department store, Game Center, and many other places literally just around the hotel all within 2-5 minutes walk! Also sooooo many amazing restaurants and isakayas surrounding the hotel. The location of this hotel is amazing! One key point about this place that I ABSOLUTELY loved was the free breakfast service with so many varieties food served in a buffet-style. The staffs there were wonderful and kind! And I HAVE TO MENTION the rice!!! The Niigata rice was available freshly cooked in their rice cooker; and that was HEAVEN! One last cool feature worth mentioning is that the time of the laundry/dryer machines are displayed in real-time on the TV screen so you won't have to keep going down to the 1st floor to check your clothes. That was a very cool feature! :)

The free breakfast is on the 14th floor. It is this first Toyoko Inn I have stayed where breakfast is not served on the same floor as the front desk. This proper Had much newer style of faucet and shower controls. I enjoyed my stay here!
